Hey Ling Ling, thanks but I called NVC today to see if K3 sent to embassy, they said still in AP. Supervisor told me yeaterday in am its out of AP, I dont knw what to believe anymore. Im suppose to call her tomorrow and for what? , Im not sure, but I will call.

I'm a September NVC'er as well. My I-130 was approved on 9/11 after only spending 30 days at USCIS. I almost feel guilty for being approved so fast. I didn't do anything special.... I still haven't received my hard copy of the NOA2 yet, but just checked the USCIS site again and I was touched again on 9/15, so I'm guessing that's when they actually mailed out my case to the NVC? :unsure:

Hurry up and wait, hurry up and wait.... I can't take it!!!! :bonk::whistle:

That would be the touch - they're getting it ready to send off to NVC. I had a touch after mine was approved as well.

(don't feel bad about your quick approval, I still got ya beat. ;):P, even though it makes me feel like a total #######)

Wow, you do have me beat! I wonder if they have special rules for Canadian filers. It doesn't seem to take as long as other countries. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until October or November. Now I'm scrambling to get that last bit of info together. The hubby better go get his police certificate soon or I swear I will beat him! :bonk::whistle::innocent:

Who knows with USCIS. There have been a string of quick approvals for Canadians lately - maybe because of the wait at Montreal?

I had to drag my husband down to get his PCC done because he kept putting it off even with me nagging him.

Did it take a long time to get, or did they give it to him right there? I'm probably not going to see him again until early October when he comes here for a wedding....

It figures, he's been unemployed since the end of May and now that we have this great news and big jump in our application, he is getting job interviews in Scarborough and Kingston..... GRRRRRR

We got it done through Commissionaires. We went in on a Friday, took 5 minutes, then told them to just mail it to us. Had it the next Tuesday.

Montreal: BEAT!!! Approved!!!!!

on the ds3032 nvc said my husband can email them and they are okay with it can any of you give me that wording what he needs to say some one have it the other day !!! i could not find it

08/27/09 .- I-130 approved ( got so excited )

08/14/09. - Nvc assigned case #( after 12 long days)

08/17/09 - Ds 3032 emailed to hubby , ( Aos fee bill generated and paid )

08/18/09 - hubby emailed back ds3032

08/22/09 - Aos showed" paid "

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

08/24/09 -IV bill showed "paid"

08/25/09- Aos overnight

08/28/09- 864 got to nvc

10/01/09- hubby sent ds230

10/06/09- Rfe(grrrrr)

10/08/09 - resend -864

10/09/09- 230 got accepted

10/19/09 - LOG IN FAIL, FAIL,FAIL,FAIL,FAIL ( i did not even know what was going on !!!!!) MY BODY JUST FROZE IN FRONT OF THEPC !!!!

10/20/09- It is "official " per op "case complete" OMG !!!!

11/02/09- INTERVIEW date assigned , email received from nvc (Thankyou ! thankyou ! thankyou ! god!!!!!!! thankyou every one

in vj) (total of 35 working days in nvc)

11/04/09- package left nvc

11/16/09- Medical done and waiting for result

Hi Lily1... Be sure to refer to the guides before asking for step by step directions.... Saves everyone time (James or Ling's)... If you that does not clear it up, you can always type what you need to know in the search square and there are usually links to posts that are also a big help... :guides:

9/22 Hard copies received

9/23/2009 NVC received my I29f/K3 still waiting for the I130

10/05 NVC case number assigned to my I-130

10/7 received DS3032 and AOS email

10/7 Sent DS-3032 by email and mail.

10/7 paid AOS

I checked again and I actually did have a touch on the 4th. I guess I'm just freaking out because I STILL don't have an NVC number, but Donna does, and we were approved at the same time from the same service center. Part of me is really worried that for some reason my approval got lost or otherwise held up. If there's something holding me up I want to know *now* so I can get my Senator involved again ASAP.

you are not alone...we got are approval on the 28th of August and we still don't have our NVC number.

christeen thanks for the respond i did read on the guide line that is not what i wanted i don't have the wording( when emailing nvc ) i was gonna have him respond on the james wiki but i am gonna have hubby fill it out and sign and scan at his office i think that would do it thanks

Spec, I think it's just the shear amount of approvals that have come in the recent weeks. That's the only thing I can think of - it's a bit ridiculous the amount of time you guys have had to wait.
