Does anyone got problems with the website of NVC???

I paid the aos bill the 4th of setpenber and the money were taken off the account sep 9th, but the website stll shows in process after 2 weeks.. i called 3 times, abd they said they would tell the supervisor...

Is it normal????

I also paid my AOS on Sept 4, it cleared my bank Sept 9, but it still shows IN PROCESS. This morning I spoke to NVC AGAIN, and the agent told me it's been given to a supervisor to clear it up. I also mailed them a hard copy of my bank statement today for them to see.

My husband also sent by email his DS3032 on Sept 4, but they still did not process it for the IV bill, so yesterday NVC told me I could print off his attachment and mail it in myself, so I did.

Hopefully we all get on track again this week!

This is from my previous post... Something interesting I found out tonight....

FYI... I might have just put myself in the same boat! Got some useful information from a really nice NVC guy (a very nice southern boy) just a moment ago... I called when the DS3032 acceptance did not update on the AVR...

I told the guy I saw the IV bill and paid it on-line a few moments ago and it shows in process... He said that his system shows that it was not generated yet and that sometimes, if you pay the bill before NVC acknowledges that it has been genterated (it is handled by a 3rd party) you get caught halfway in the system and the NVC system does not recognize the payment!!! So that might explain the issue with it not showing paid with others. He said that if by Friday it does not show "paid" to call and have a supervisor track it down and they can correct it!!!

He also said to update this on the "visa help website" so others know this in advance. He jokingly said that he can usually tell who has been studying as they are a few jumps ahead of the game, sometimes too many jumps ahead.

06/14/2003 - Married Savona Italy

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

so when can we get sure that its the right time to pay bill?

Lily,

If she is single, make sure she is earning about 19,000 at least. I hope she sponsors for you! I just can't believe US laws, I mean you can't unite with your spouse just because you don't make that kind of money. I mean I see homeless people on the streets, no one stops them from getting married and they probably are always after welfare. When you get married to someone you don't think about what kind of money they make (or at least you shouldn't).

This is what was nice about Canadian immigration. You don't have to prove income - you have to prove the ability to EARN income.

I wish I were in Canada!

ATTN ALL, I have been waiting for my NVC Invoice to show that the AOS bill has been paid. Looks to me like there is some type of delay in the system. The invoice will show 'in process' while the receipt will show status paid, the date and allow you to print a cover sheet. I called the NVC to verify and they said I can go ahead and send my I-864 package. Just to be safe I printed off the cover sheet, the AOS receipt page, and a bank statement showing the AOS was debted from my account and stapled that on the front cover of my packet. I hope this helps some of you who are waiting on the AOS.

I actually received the request first for the AOS fee, so I dont think it would have made any difference..

For the IV thats another story, went online, paid it, and put the wrong account number :ranting::dead::bonk: :bonk:

and so now I just have to wait for the payment to be rejected... hopefully will happen soon :(

How did you print out the cover sheet? There's no way for me to do it.....

Check the receipt page to see if yours shows that it was paid. Then at the bottom you can print it out. Also verify that your bank shows the AOS bill being deducted from your balance. Hope this helps you!

I'm so excited guys and gals to see everyone moving through this process. Seems like every day I get to see new people coming in, people getting their NVC number, just flying through this. Those of you waiting on a number, it will get there soon - no worries! We're all in this together. All of you are just great - and the fact that we've got people who are further on providing feedback and giving advice makes it all the more valuable.

I got my I-130 approved on Monday, 14th September. I'm waiting on NVC to receive my file and assign it a Case Number. I'm extremely happy it's been approved, but waiting is so frustrating! Do they realise the difficulty, anxiety and stain staying apart from your loved one!
