my feelings were right yesterday,i called NVC this morning and guess what!! case number ready, :dance: then called back 4pm and gave email addresses.

ok we were approved the same day

so i am hoping that means my case number will be ready any day now :clock:

you should get your case number today or tommorrow.It said that case number was assinged on the 14 but didnt show in their avr till today.so u might have a case number already but u need to wait till late tonite or tommorrow to check back.good luck

My electronic NOA2 for I-130 was on 9/10. I haven't even received the hardcopy, but I started calling anyway :blush:

Now my timeline stopped showing me a processing time estimate. I REALLY liked the estimate! Wasn't accurate, but gave me hope.

Ah well, happy NVCing everybody. I hope we get out of here soon. Seems like too much hurry up, then wait, then volley, etc. from all the posts I've read :reading:

Let me at the embassy/consulate! I'm more prepared for the interview than for the NVC :protest:

NVC:

2009-09-11 - NVC received.

2009-12-17 - Case complete e-mail message, sign in failed on website and AVR... YAY!

2009-12-17 - Waiting for an appointment assignment...

2009-12-29 - Interview assigned: February 11, 2010!

2010-01-06 - Case forwarded to consulate.

Consulate:

2010-01-12 - Medical exam part 1 of 2 complete.

2010-01-26 - Medical exam part 2 of 2 complete. Ouchie!

2010-02-11 - Interview results: Administrative Processing 221(g) :-(

2010-04-27 - 2nd interview results: Approved :-)

2010-05-04 - Visa in hand!

Hola! I got my case# from the NVC today...... :dance: :dance: However I do have the following question: Has anybody had success sending in their DS-3032 via e-mail? I have read many success story... but I am hesitating to do it via e-mail...Please advice!

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

It was approved on the 31 of August, About a week later received the hard copy via snailMail.

06/18/09 . - Noa1 ( touched )

08/27/09 .- I-130 approved ( got so excited )

08/14/09. - Nvc assigned case #( after 12 long days)

08/17/09 - Ds 3032 emailed to hubby , ( Aos fee bill generated and paid )

08/18/09 - hubby emailed back ds3032

08/22/09 - Aos showed" paid "

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

08/24/09 -IV bill showed "paid"

08/25/09- Aos overnight

08/28/09- 864 got to nvc

10/01/09- hubby sent ds230

10/06/09- Rfe(grrrrr)

10/08/09 - resend -864

10/09/09- 230 got accepted

10/19/09 - LOG IN FAIL, FAIL,FAIL,FAIL,FAIL ( i did not even know what was going on !!!!!) MY BODY JUST FROZE IN FRONT OF THEPC !!!!

10/20/09- It is "official " per op "case complete" OMG !!!!

11/02/09- INTERVIEW date assigned , email received from nvc (Thankyou ! thankyou ! thankyou ! god!!!!!!! thankyou every one

in vj) (total of 35 working days in nvc)

11/04/09- package left nvc

11/16/09- Medical done and waiting for result

12/10/09- VISA APPROVED (slip given appointment for tuesday to pick up passport )

12/15/09- VISA ON HAND ( praise god )

02/01/10 - POE

03/02/10- Green card arrived
