well i send a letter from my doc that im scheduled for a c section on the 18 th of january ,and thank god colombia enbassey thought it would be a good reasn to expedite

Called the NVC yesterday, they informed me that our Expedite request has been sent to the Consulate. However they said I needed to check back every week to get status updates, and if they accept it we'll get some notice of an interview...

Kind of a long shot but I'm hoping they say yes.

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

My interview is on the 4th of Dec, Friday at 6:30AM. Wish me luck guys.

May 20, 2009 - I-130 sent

Aug. 21, 2009 - I-130 APPROVED

Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Dec. 08, 2009 - Visa pick-up at the Embassy

Dec. 16, 2009 - CFO

Dec. 19, 2009 - My Flight - POE (JFK New York) via NWA

Thank you Lord for guiding me in this journey.

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

Congrats.

As for us... the attorney woes continue. Our waiver packet was prepared by the attorney LAST MINUTE, despite him knowing we'd need it since February. And to top it off, they FedEx'd it to the WRONG ADDRESS. Now, our waiver packet is lost in some black hole in Ireland.

I'm beyond exhausted and upset.
