Hello vj friends... how are you doing??.Today I got in the AVR that we are missing some documents in 864 again... so i want to know how i can identificate a false RFE??? cause my husband sent all papers plus the passport of my mom in law (Is my cosponsor).. We changed my co-sponsor bfore cause my father in law couldnt be , and we sent all papers of my new co-sponsor and the passport because they are asking for that so much now... and the avr says that now.. How i do to know a false RFE or true??... I have headache with all this and i would like to know what you think of this now? Thanks you all.. !!

Hi, since you've change your co-sponsor, its better to call the NVC and get them the full information on your missing RFE. If you had submitted the docs that they told you to submit, then its a false RFE.... When did you send the docs of your mom-in-law? usually, upon receipt of NVC, it usually took 3-5days to update it on AVR.

I did the same thing even it's a holiday..hehhe.....can't do anything much here... :crying: I think this process drives everybody insane, crazy, grumpy and negative feelings.. :angry: grrrrrrrrrr

Im just wondering.. does NVC schedule interview every 2nd week of the month? or from 2nd week to 4th week? whahha!! Im just wishing my interview date will be release before week ends. :-)

Thanks musashi.. well, my hubby called NVC and they said him that they don't have something wrong there , that maybe is they no check the new i864 still.. so that is why the avr says that ... what happen the ds 230 was first than the 864 ,(because we sent the other 864 to be fixed after 230) Thnaks you for answering me... Really it is a stress everyday. I hope than that they told him today, is good. and Congratulations for your case!

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

Sept. 14, 2009 - NOA2 hardcopy received by husband

Nov. 4, 2009 - CASE COMPLETE @NVC!

Nov. 13, 2009 - interview date assigned by NVC

DEC. 10, 2009 AT 6:30AM

re scheduled DECEMBER 1, 2009- INTERVIEW - white slip (passport and medical results from st. luke

Dec 14, 2009 - VISA received

Dec 21, 2009 - USA arrival (POE - San francisco)

Jan. 6, 2010 - SSN received
