Hi guys!

I checked the DHL based on EXP 09 NOV 2009A, there are many packages to many countries. I only looked for package to BKK and it said shipment picked up on 11/10/2009 at 2.47 pm. weight 7.0 lbs. I hope that my package is in this shipment..lol..even the NVC hasen't assigned the interview date yet. Do you guys think that makes sense? maybe not...but still have a hope..hehe..:P

by AVR my package has been sent from NVC on November 3th so on the date EXP 05 NOV 2009A I have found one package for my embassy, but under the date EXP 09 NOV 2009A I have found another package to my embassy , so Is the biger possibility that my is shipped eralier or later ?

My cousin is filing the I864 and even though his individual income is sufficient I've asked for his wife to sign a I864A since I believe they file their taxes jointly and I'd rather have the form in the package than not. If NVC doesn't require it, they can shred it.

My question is what does my cousin's wife need to submit? The bank statements and tax forms will go anyway since her husband will be sending them. Does she need her W2s, paystubs and employment letter as well? I'm guessing her proof of citizenship is also required?

If you guys answer this last question about the damn I864A, I swear I will shut up.

yes she needs her W2, and either check stub about six month they say , make sure it includes most current one too, or empleyment letter would work too

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

Hello vj friends... how are you doing??.Today I got in the AVR that we are missing some documents in 864 again... so i want to know how i can identificate a false RFE??? cause my husband sent all papers plus the passport of my mom in law (Is my cosponsor).. We changed my co-sponsor bfore cause my father in law couldnt be , and we sent all papers of my new co-sponsor and the passport because they are asking for that so much now... and the avr says that now.. How i do to know a false RFE or true??... I have headache with all this and i would like to know what you think of this now? Thanks you all.. !!
