Congratulations!

But I am disappointed at NVC, I sent our RFE on Oct 28 too, they received it on Oct 30. And update on their system on Nov 3. (almost same timeline as yours). But until now I can still log in.. I want a log in failed too!!!

My RFE is just a birth certificate.. and yet it taking them TOO LLLOOOONGGG to process...

I just couldn't believe my eyes also, had to make sure that is really Sign in FAILED. I will be happy if the AVR says something more that that my docs r in their system. I'll call them again on Monday night here..or have my husband call them also.

I hate the waiting game, sometimes, I just quit myself from everything and forget about it. This process just drives me crazy and lots of stress, anyway, I wish you have a good news soon. Then we can celebrate 'till we drop.

Lily, do you know what date it was shipped?

I think you go to the dhl site, then click on track by reference number and put in:

EXP 04 NOV 2009A

Or whatever date your package shipped.

Tomorrow begins scheduling week...commence hand-wringing.

It's monday morning here..now I just cant' wait anymore..I have to call the NVC first...Actually, I tried to track the package on DHL for fun...just wish I have some luck on that..lol..well, there is nothing showing up on Nov 6 for the package to Bangkok, Thailand yet. Like Justjulie said..I may have some good news this week and so for everyone..yeah...

hello my Vj... friends.. i was out of vj for 1 week... i was getting crazy with all this lol... you know..

i hope that everything is good here .. i still am waiting for they said me something about the 864 that my hubby sent them again.. i needed to change my cosponsor and im waiting for they accept my 230 too... but more calm now!!.. I hope to get good news this week.. Im happy for everybody who got interviews and case completed... I hope mine soon too with help of God..

How does the scheduling work? I'm curious... If I just got case complete does that mean scheduling might be happening for us already, or will it get put in the pile with everything else...

Last I heard the backup in Montreal is pretty huge. Would love a shot at a 2009 interview if at all possible.

Given everything I have read, 99.9% you will not get a 2009 interview since there is only December scheduling left and there are people from Canada with July/August case completes waiting for interviews still... Unfortunatly, you should be mentally prepared for a Spring interview so you dont get too dissappointed as I have seen many of the Canadians get very down (and who wouldent in their shoes) because of the messed up situation up there... But plan for a nice visit and take the time to get everything in order, save some money and start on the right foot with everything!!!

I haven't seen any evidence that Electronic Filing has helped anyone get a faster interview date recently except for one person.

We would all love to have a shot at a December interview, the fact is, its probably not going to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if they already scheduled December interviews and January dates will be coming out this month. As Christeen said, expect a Spring interview and if it happens to get scheduled sooner, then that's a bonus!

I had case complete today as well, so I am in the same boat you are.

Welcome aboard the Montreal interview waiting line. Don't bother buckling in, its gonna be a slow, long wait.
