That was fast, Kball!

Does anybody know if it does you any good to call the operator daily to ask if an interview has been scheduled??? I figure they'll just give me the "2nd week" speech, so don't want to tie up the phone lines if it's futile....

Hard to be patient.

Not really sure, I think the operator has been my route every time, since its been said over and over in here that the info on the automated system is outdated at best. Also I figure this is my tax dollars at work to a certain extent. Call me crazy.

How IMPORTANT are the beneficiary's G325A forms? I was just looking over the ones I sent in, and I'm noticing quite a few silly errors.

Ithaca NY 08/2005 -- 05/2009

Calcutta, India 11/1991 -- 08/2009 (should be 2005)

This stuff should be obvious, right? Or should I send in a new bunch of G325As since I don't want to be RFE'd.

I also forgot to sign in my native alphabet but don't we do this stuff in DS 230, any way?

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.
09/29/2009: I-130 NOA1

03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

Hard to be patient.

I called every evening at 11 PM... I got to the point that I could not sleep until I spoke with the operator... She/he always told me the same thing... No interview scheduled, call back by the 15th of the month blah, blah blah... Until one night an operater shocked the hell out of me and said, Your interview is scheduled for..... I almost fell out of my seat when she told me... She even said "gotcha, you werent expecting that one huh??"

So for me, my 11 pm phone calls were an evening ritual... I miss them now.... NOT!!!

PS, I called at 11 because they update their systems after 10pm

Ok. Thanks. Should I send in a new set of forms, then? Mine had a date problem and like an idiot I checked "permanent resident status" instead of "other (I130 petition)" and I didn't include my current self-employment because I didn't think it was note-worthy enough.

I think I might just send it in for some piece of mind. I'll die if I end up with a RFE after 4 months of waiting.
