He is boarding the plane to Naples!!! Thank goodness!!!!

I love it when nice things happen to nice people. :D

Not sooo quick! Episode 3;

So they started to board, however they stopped boarding and are saying there is a delay in the flight and not giving any other info at the moment... I am trying to track the flight from the coputer, but it just says "no info available" So I sit here and wait...

Pass the popcorn, this will be a nailbiter!!! Will he take off? Wont' he... Will he make his medical appointment tomorrow... ????? Stay tuned!!!

OK... Episode 4... They resumed boarding and will take off, apparantly they were waiting for another bus load coming from Genoa Airport... They are scheduled to take off in the next 15 minutes... (play suspenseful music here)....

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

I would be, except I have artificial hips so fetal position would probably require a 911 call to get me out of the position!!! lol.... So latest update, according to the website, it is on the runway!!! We will see!!!! Stay tuned, we will return after this commercial break...

Hello everyone.. How long does it take for RFE checklist to be sent? Last Friday, AVR stated that some documents were missing or incomplete..blah blah..a checklist was sent via email on Oct 30th. I called this morning and the guy told me that,besides the entire DS230 (which I already sent last week) my husband forgot to put the date on the I-864 part 8..beside his signature..grrrrr!!

I still haven't receive NVC's email..I called again and the girl told me that it hasn't been sent yet..that I have to call them in 2 weeks if I sill don't get their email.. Does it really take that long? Or can he send the new form without the checklist since it's just the date that he missed? thanks
