Hi everyone,

I was wondering with all these case completes and interviews whats the average amount of days between sending everything in and NVC entering it into the system. I sent off my last packet and it was received Oct 26th (AOS packet)- but it is still not entered into the system. I really need an interview in December. Just wanted to know how long it took for everyone- thanks!

DRAMA ALERT!!!

Ooooh, drama alert!!! To add a bit of suspense to the mix... As most of you know, my hubbys interview is in Milan on Wednesday and he has the medical tomorrow morning.... Well,... this morning, my husband had a flight today from Genoa to Naples... Today, when he got to the airport, it was closed because of bad weather... CLOSED... no flights... There was a bunch of chaos and pissed off people and they had come police on alert in case of fights!!!

My husband, the ever calm and patient one (kind of like Yoda with and Italian accent and smaller ears...lol..) just patiently waited to talk to someone...They told him to wait over in a certain area and he patiently did (my mother in law was among the people running around acting crazier then a sprayed roach... However, His patience seems to have paid off...

Since he was one of the only ones calmly waiting and he explained to the lady why he was traveling and how important it was, the lady got him out on a flight out of Milan this evening and a pass for him to take the shuttle to Milan... Others who were running around crazy and angry were not given them... So now, my hubby is in Milan Linate and booked on a flight to Naples leaving at 7PM... If the fog grounds the planes there, then he said he will rent a car and do the 10 hour drive... So come wind, rain or fog, he will make his medical appointment tomorrow.... What a trooper!!!

Me... I'd have been a nervous wreck by now but luckly my husband and always the calm and collected one!!!! I will keep you posted on the drama!!

Hi everyone,

Took mine 5 business days for the AVR to change. I certainly wouldn't expect anything until the end of the week. Maybe not even until Monday.

Like a telenovela!! But he'll get there... I know

08/18/09 - hubby emailed back ds3032

08/22/09 - Aos showed" paid "

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

08/24/09 -IV bill showed "paid"

08/25/09- Aos overnight

08/28/09- 864 got to nvc

10/01/09- hubby sent ds230

10/06/09- Rfe(grrrrr)

10/08/09 - resend -864

10/09/09- 230 got accepted

10/19/09 - LOG IN FAIL, FAIL,FAIL,FAIL,FAIL ( i did not even know what was going on !!!!!) MY BODY JUST FROZE IN FRONT OF THEPC !!!!

10/20/09- It is "official " per op "case complete" OMG !!!!

11/02/09- INTERVIEW date assigned , email received from nvc (Thankyou ! thankyou ! thankyou ! god!!!!!!! thankyou every one

in vj) (total of 35 working days in nvc)

11/04/09- package left nvc

11/16/09- Medical done and waiting for result

12/10/09- VISA APPROVED (slip given appointment for tuesday to pick up passport )

12/15/09- VISA ON HAND ( praise god )
