So believe it or not... Naples contacted my husband back after we requested an earlier interview date (if they had one available) and WE GOT AN EARLIER DATE!!! The New interview date is Nov 4th (it was the 10th)... He will do medical on the 3rd and interview on the 4th!!!! YAY!!! I know it only saves us about a week, but we all know that in this process every day counts!!!!

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

I check the DHL and said it will arrive here OCT 29, 2009 That is today our time :-) Keep praying and patiently waiting.

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Thanks!!! I am soooo happy! Believe it or not... I am not that nervous, now it is my husbands turn to be nervous and worry... I did that since April during the USCIS and NVC stuff... I made him do all his flight and travel arrangements (gotta make him feel useful and a part of the process...lol.. :whistle: ) But we have been married for over 6 years and together for 9, so we have lots of evidence... I am more nervous about finally living together after all these years!!! But I cannot wait to get him home... :energy:

Well, I'm not going... I have a bunch of work here in Florida... so hubbys on his own for this one!!! (Lordy help me!!!) But I am sure he will do fine! For me the stress was getting him to this point...

Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Dec. 08, 2009 - Visa pick-up at the Embassy

Dec. 16, 2009 - CFO

Dec. 19, 2009 - My Flight - POE (JFK New York) via NWA

How long does it take for them to send you the intervew letter after they make the appt? Do they send it out same day or a few day later ?
