NVC September - 2009 Edition

Hi to all here! I just want to tell that I just called NVC tonight and I already have interview date: Dec. 04, 2009 at 6:30AM at U.S. Embassy Manila Philippines. I thought i need to wait until 2nd week of November but God is really great.

Congratulations!!! Looks like they are doing some end og the month scheduling too!!!! Good luck to everyone waiting

I want to thank you christeen because you post here that sometimes NVC schedule their interview at the end of the month too. And thank you all of you guys here, I am just waiting for my special date. Now, to be with my hubby on christmas is really coming for real. God bless us all!

No, you need to talkt to someone.. The AVR takes FOREVER to update!!! You will get an e-mail too... But I was too impatient and kept calling... BTW.... They update their system after 10PM so you should call after that...

Hi brooklyn, you need to speak to the operator and ask them the updatte of your case and if they already assign you a date for the interview.

I call the NVC in my case USEM will be the one to schedule my interview --- PATIENTLY WAITING..

This is something unique... as per the Manila US embassy website http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html

NVC is the one scheduling the appointment for Manila.

All case processing for Manila, including appointment scheduling, is generally done at the National Visa Center (NVC) in the U.S. An applicant’s case number does not determine his or her position in the scheduling queue. Once a case is current, the applicant’s place in the scheduling queue will be determined by the date all the necessary, completed documents are received at NVC. Then the case becomes “documentarily qualified.”

Did the operator told you the reason why USEM will schedule your appointment? Please enlighten us.

My wife called Manila US Embassy and they said that for immigrant visa their schedule is still open from Nov 12-23 but that REscheduling is on a Latter date not earlier than the NVC schedule.

You'll be luck if USEM schedule your appointment on that vacant sched.

Did you tell them that you are pregnant? and are you done with your medical? orry for so many question... Im so stressed and some kinda depress on whats happening on our case... Its so frustrating that this petition is taking too loonngg.... Just wanna get some input from you here so we'll have an idea on how to speed up ours...

Yes I done my medical, and they know that i am pregnant... the NVC forward my case to USEM, that is why there are the one to schedule my interview.. they sent at OCTOBER 23, 2009..

I want to know ASAP our schedule hopefully SOON...
