You should call NVC on Monday and check what they want, but my opinion they want yours AOS package maybe it is not have been processed yet I have the same problem but with my DS230 I sent it on October 19 and it is not yet in the system

does anybody know how long it takes to get an interview date from nvc after case complete? thanks in advance, i knw some here have their interview dates already

krammar i am glad you ask that q i am sure every one will have that q preety soon too after their case is completed , here is what i got today from nvc supervisor and i am gonna rely one it about 95% they no longer assign interviews for nov it is over and done with , since our case is complete after the dead line of nov assignment which was the second week of october .

Some times they do go over the third week but it is not guranteed , which i thought they would have done for this past week because of the holiday but oh well they did not consider that ,, all that said we are gonna be hopefully assigned for Dec , which they don't know if it is guranteed , i some times think they have to answer that way just to put us in anxiety and more stress , any ways i am gonna wait till the second week of nov to call them for dec interview hopefully all of us who had a "case complete" before the second week of nov will have a dec interview, let's keep track every one's case complete and interview here !!! god help us please for dec

You'll get a December interview, I just know it... And sometimes they do an intermediate scheduling the last week of the month... That is what happed with Paris and that group... But it will be for December, As you said, I think November is over and done... Sorry

Congrats on Case complete! How did you find out that your case was sent to consulate? from the operator?

Is in something new NVC does? it's second time I see a case sent to embassy on the day of case complete without an interview date given before that?

As a CR1/IR the file is not forwarded to the embassy UNTIL an interview is assigned... K3 is sent to the embassy as are expedite requests... Must be an error on the timeline...

This is what it said to my AVR:

Nvc has completed the processing and has forwarded it in manila on october 23,2009. Please contact embassy or consulate for further questions.

I talked the OPERATOR also.. she said. just wait for the interview date..

hey everyone, I haven't been on much since I have been avoiding thinking about the case too much- everything has been sent an the AOS packet will be delivered on Monday by FedEx...It good to hear how so many people have moved further in their case..

I got a false RFE regarding the AOS packet so I am not worried at all... Just hanging in now and waiting for the magical log in failure

For everyone who is dealing with Islamabad (ISL)- I got an email from the Warden today that they are temporairly suspended services for a week- with all these push backs will come rescheduling- now I am afraid I might not even get an interview in December

that really sucks! On the bright side I found out I have an extra week of vacation in January so I have more time for interview if I get through this ####### before that.

It's taking them forever to review my DS 230, I sent it on October 15 and they acknowledged having received it on October 19th, they haven't reviewed it at all. I just want to make sure this gets reviewed soon, but I haven't sent the AOS package yet. I am more worried about DS 230 right now than AOS.

Don't worry you might get an interview in December you never know!

That is weird with your 230- I sent mine around the same time they acknowledged it on the 19th and they processed it by the 23rd so I spoke to a operator today and they confirmed the packet was complete. My AOS got there today so I am going to give it a week. You should be hearing on your DS 230 this week!

Called NVC... apparently we forgot to include scans of passport photos for our DS-230. Doh!
