I try to listen the AVR same.. nothing change..

yay,, congrats ,, yes yoru case is complete the op will tell you tommorow or monday and also the AVR will change in a couple of days but who cares any more your case is complete , hope you have your babay in the usa good luck for the rest !

06/09/09. - I-130 sent to csc

06/18/09 . - Noa1 ( touched )

08/27/09 .- I-130 approved ( got so excited )

08/14/09. - Nvc assigned case #( after 12 long days)

08/17/09 - Ds 3032 emailed to hubby , ( Aos fee bill generated and paid )

08/18/09 - hubby emailed back ds3032

08/22/09 - Aos showed" paid "

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

08/24/09 -IV bill showed "paid"

08/25/09- Aos overnight

08/28/09- 864 got to nvc

10/01/09- hubby sent ds230

10/06/09- Rfe(grrrrr)

10/08/09 - resend -864

10/09/09- 230 got accepted

10/19/09 - LOG IN FAIL, FAIL,FAIL,FAIL,FAIL ( i did not even know what was going on !!!!!) MY BODY JUST FROZE IN FRONT OF THEPC !!!!

10/20/09- It is "official " per op "case complete" OMG !!!!

11/02/09- INTERVIEW date assigned , email received from nvc (Thankyou ! thankyou ! thankyou ! god!!!!!!! thankyou every one

in vj) (total of 35 working days in nvc)

11/04/09- package left nvc

11/16/09- Medical done and waiting for result

12/10/09- VISA APPROVED (slip given appointment for tuesday to pick up passport )

12/15/09- VISA ON HAND ( praise god )

02/01/10 - POE

03/02/10- Green card arrived

Usually a couple days for it to be updated, but make sure to call NVC and verify case has been completed. I have read here before that log in failed for one member and case didn't complete for another week or so after that.

Aw, that's fantastic. I love NI. (Home of my own ancestors & setting for part of my ongoing novel!) I'm particularly fond of the Portstewart area - DUNLUCE! :thumbs:

What is the ACPO? Is that for your Police Clearance Certificate? We needed one from the UK and the Republic, and the UK one came through in about 2 weeks. The Irish one took MONTHS!

The latest news on us is that we had to get a certified copy of the court records for the traffic stuff. Hubs will have that in hand today & will mail it from the Republic tomorrow (to avoid the postal strike).

Parents have a caravan on the road out of Portrush on the way to Portstewart. I love that whole area from Ballycastle right round. Ever been to Ballintoy? If you're round that area next time, I highly recommend going there, fantastic wee walk and you can get a nice bacon bap and tea at the tea house by the harbour. And I love the way I feel sitting down to a tea after a bracing walk in the wind round that way. All the rocks and caves around the harbour make me feel like I am in a famous five novel!

ACPO is Association of Chief Police Officers and is the only one I need. I really hope it comes today because if it doesn't then it likely won't be here till early next week.

Sheila, My "case complete" was after 10 pm on Oct 21, login fail - about 10 pm Oct 20, hopefully yours will update tonight!

10/2004 - Conditional GC

08/2006 - 10/2007 - Lifting Conditions timeline

07/08/09 - check cashed, #WAC 09xxx2 (not online)

08/29/09 - APPROVED!!!

09/14/09 - NVC case # assigned, emails registered

09/17/09 - email AOS bill received and paid online, ds3032 received and returned

09/21/09 - AOS bill status "PAID", FedExed out AOS, 09/24/09 delivered to NVC

09/28/09 - AVR:AOS acknowledged

10/02/09 - 3032 was acknol. by NVC, paid IV Bill online

10/05/09 - emails: 1 pm -RFE for 3032, 3 pm - IV bill, 5 pm - status PAID

10/09/09 - ds230 delivered to NVC at 9am

10/14/09 - AVR: Checklist response was received

10/20/09 - login failed! - between 5 pm and 9 pm PST, at 5 pm it was still working

10/21/09 - case complete! (AVR updated after 10 pm) = total NVC 37 days

10/28/09 - interview date email came at 6.30 pm, no AVR changes yet

10/30/09 - AVR: "Case sent to embassy on Oct 29" = total 4 months from delivery of i130 to USCIS

11/02/09 - Medical

11/20/09 - Interview - PASSED!!!

11/28 - POE: LAX

Julie, I sent my husband Military card "a photo copy", but I enclosed a note saying the original will be surrendered at interview.

I dont know if it will work for you, but since you have to wait for him to send it, I would try of what I did, you never know.

Cant hurt HUH? If you get RFE for it, you should have the original by then to send to answer the RFE!!

Still no background report from acpo, and now there is a postal strike too. :-(

I'd have thought being a special constable would have made it a bit quicker since I had to go through a lot of background checks at the time coming from Northern Ireland. Ah well, what can I do.

Most excellent news though, C and J have their flights booked, they will be able to join me for Christmas at home in NI!

I had a breakdown yesterday-drove to my therapist's office and just marched into the waiting room in quite an embarrassing state. It was either that or the ER, and I chose her office. I am stepping back from all of this for my health and sanity. Would love to connect with all of the lovely people I've "met" here via Facebook. I got log in fail too just now, i had same question like shiela, i will call tomorrow and confirm if case complete... I will still hold my breath until I confirm it with them
