I recived this in my email , question is this true or false RFE i laready sent my DS230, help please

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support form (I-864) for this case. However, we are

still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for each

traveling applicant to be returned to National Visa Center for review. You will find the DS-230 form

along with complete instructions for submitting the civil documentation required for this case at

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov under the Applicant Document Processing link.

We urge you to send in the DS-230 form(s) and required civil documentation for each traveling family

member in one package to the National Visa Center (NVC). Sending the information in separately may

cause delays in the processing of

Thanks for answer,I sent DS230 from my country to my husband in USA and he sent it by USPS on 16 October so it should be there

It probley is, the operators at NVC can only tell you things of what they see in their system, Im sure all is fine, dont worry!!

I think this thread has turned into an un-recognizable state... Anyone with any 3032, AOS or coversheet problems??? Anyone!!! Unfortunatly I am not qualified as a therapist, but I would probably recommend that we all go anyway!!!!

I think they JUST got our cases today (I tracked on DHL and NVC said they sent it out on Monday)... So I am giving them a day to review it and sending them an e-mail Thursday to see... If you call NVC they will tell you if your case has gone out to Naples yet... I will keep ya posted and let me know if you have any luck too!!!

Average has been about 10 days from when they get the 230 package to login failure... give or take a few days... Hopefully soon for everyone waiting!!!! Just keep checking, I noticed that most people seem to get the login failures around the 10Pm update time...!!!!!!

Nope, it's not a false RFE. It's a real one. They need "court records" for traffic stuff?????? SHEESH!!

My husband was stopped this year in Northern Ireland for driving with no tax, no insurance, and no inspection on his vehicle. It was a traffic violation and fine only. Apparently, they need the records for that.

So, that's my story. Shoulda known.

None whatsoever. It's gonna take forever to get the court records. I may as well just pitch a d*mn tent at the NVC. Since WHEN do you have to provide court records for traffic violations???

Sorry you guys haven't managed to confirm receipt of your package yet. That must be frustrating as heck.

Your kidding me? Its a traffic violation, not grand theft auto!!!!!!!!!!! Wait, how did NVC find this out?

Well, in the interest of helping others in the future....

It shows on the UK PCC. He was caught driving with no insurance, no tax, and no MOT. It turns out, those are misdemeanor offenses.

Our goose is cooked.
