Hello everyone this evening, I just called the avr and talked to an operator, I got the message that they received my checklist that was sent on the 10th. But when I asked the operator they said there is no record of it in their system and that it must be in the building somewhere and not processed but if so why does it come up in avr and not in their system?

Not sure if this explains it... But one time I called the 2 days after my ds230 package was signed for and the operator told me, yes they received the 230 and it will be processed... I got the false RFE the next day so I called, they told me that they show "something" was received 3 days earlier but cannot tell what it was? So I told them that the day before they told me it was the 230. A supervisor told me that immediatly after they receive something it gets registered what it is but when they start to actually process it, they can no longer see what exactly is being processed with the file??? Not sure if that is true, but it calmed me down at that moment...

Like I said, not sure if this might explain that... However, I would be content knowing that they were busy processing your file and I hope for a case complete soon...

Keep in mind gang, NVC updates their AVR only every few days or so. Mine said same thing for 12 days, then I got log in fail.

No, they don't email you letting you know it has been completed. After login fail and verification from operator that case has been complete the AVR message will change couple days later to say case has been completed. Then they will send you a letter in email with interview information.

you go to sign in the website that is how you would know log in fail !! good luck !!

just go to fee collection , and one line payment and log in !! using nvc case number with the three letter and the invoice that was given to you ,

wish yours comes before friday !! when i saw mine at first i thought i had a typo , on the invoice and our case number i tried again the pc already registered it on my pc so i knew i was right so i went crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.. this is log in fail omg !! and you fill in the rest how i acted !!
