Once you fail to log in, its just that, shows the message of Log in failed, you can not get passed that sign in screen. And that is the best thing to see. Julie, your next!!!

WOO! My DS-230 and my AOS have been processed, and the only thing missing is the birth certificate, which I already sent them last Thursday (and they received on Friday.) I'm crossing my fingers for approval this week!!!

I hope I hope I hope I get a December interview! ZOMG

i called nvc they are so buzyyy i could not get an aperator i am shaking right nOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys! my case is complete and waiting for the appointment letter. I talked to the operator and he told that there is no more slot for November, hopefully we can get the interview date of first week of Dec.

I called NVC and AVR said that some documents are missing and they are incomplete so we got a RFE, maybe my all package DS230 is missing, I am so sad now nad I am enough of this stupid process

We are same situation.. I sent oct 08, 2009 and receive oct 13, 2009 now still missing said at AVR

I receive an email but the OP said IGNORE coz its RFE . but how will ignore now.. they haven't receive my ds230..

i am worried and paranoid, I don;t know if i will sent it again or what..

I know how you feel Sheila, but I hope everything will be fine with your papers and I have to call OP and check what is missing for my case

oh i hope its a false one.. i got a REAL RFE for my hubbys birth certificate in regards to the co sponsor being related to him... ugh... so i had to send his bc back and now the AVR says "we have received your checklist package and blah blah blah"

Hi.. at least in ur case, u are sure that ur package are already at NVC hands, not unlike mine..

Still not in there hands. I am worried, if where is my papers now..

The AVR said.. We receive ur Ds230 checklist October 17, 2009. please allowed us to review ur papers..

6-8 weeks?? Omyy... huhuhuhu... what next??

NVC signed for my DS230 packet last Thursday and the AOS packet is sent and will get there by Thursday- I am just crossing my fingers now that I do not get any RFE!!! still shooting for a december interview hopefully

Just checked here..... can still log in, and AVR hasn't changed.

After last night's conversation with my spouse, I realize that I'm going to have to relax a bit. It drives him crazy that I'm so frustrated and he can't do anything to help.

I guess we all need to step back and realize that if the documents are there, and the message says they've been received & will be reviewed, then there's nothing more we can do. All we can do is wait. Worrying and wringing our hands won't solve anything.

So maybe rather than worry ourselves sick, become depressed, etc., we should use our energy to fortify our relationships.

To that end, I need some help. I have no money to spend - any suggestions on what I can do to reassure my husband, or maybe just surprise him with how much I love him? What has worked for you, if you're willing to share?

Hugs to everybody waiting and congrats to those who have overcome yet another hurdle. Bet we see lots of cases complete this week.
