Just one question though, I saw on your timeline that you have a false RFE e-mail from NVC. WHat did it said? Because I just received an e-mail from NVC as well but I"m very confused about that. Did you call AVR to find out that's a false RFE?

We are same situations, I receive an Email from NVC, " Missing documents Ds230" the OP said that Ignore the email

that i receive, I check my AVR still same missing document - its falso RFE.. we are still waiting for the case complete :-)

If it says that you are missing the entire 230 package and you already sent it, that is a False RFE... The operator will usually tell you to disregard it...

Yes that is exactly they said.. DISREGARD IT.. I don't know how long we will wait to update there AVR..

I sent oct 8 then they receive it OCT 13.. I receive EMAIL oct 15, missing documents ds230. which i already sent it..the AVR still same.. Hope next case complete :-) Keep praying

I had that AVR message (as did many others) until the day it was complete...

oh so you actually responded to it?

i wasn't planning on responding till we send off the DS230 package (because that will include my birth certificate, marriage cert, and passport)

i just figured it was a false rfe i could ignore

once he said the ds3032 was accepted that's all i needed to hear

Hi - I did yes since when I check my submission I had made a mistake, just to be on the safe side. I felt such an idiot, but since they posted the I bill anyway the same day as the RFE, it didn't seem to matter too much.

09-05-09 - I130 Approved (CSC)

12-09-09 - Case Completed (NVC)

01-08-10 - Approved (LND)

01-20-10 - PoE PHL

01-10-12 - Filed I-751, VT Service Center

Well, we haven't sent the DS230 package yet. The e-mail from NVC was received a day after the IV bill showed paid online. The e-mail said we are missing a correspondence instructions, the entire DS230 package, and IV fee payment....And it also include a barcoded cover page that said "Checklist letter response". I haven't check the AVR yet as I"m busy working 16 hours a day for 4 days straight now...so tired. I probably won't have time to call them till Tuesday....Sigh, and I still need to deal with the whole situation about how to get a police certificate from Hong Kong....sigh....

does anyone know how long it will be til case complete, all going well with my RFE papers i sent back?

the AVR says they received my papers about the RFE with the required documentation on friday 16th and i am just wondering if it will be pretty soon that i get my magical case complete?!

If the stuff you sent for the RFE is ok... I would imagine that hopefully the end of this week you might get a login failure!!! Fingers, eyes, toes crossed fer ya!

Had a good laugh at ds230 q35 this morning. Not having filled the form out yet, I hadn't read through it to see what it contained.

I have entry to the US going back to 2000 and nowhere have I kept any records of it, so going to have to make it up best as I can and explain why I being a bit vague.

I work for a US company so I need a fair few lines more than the 3 given :D

Wow! Yours got approved really quickly. I think they are not taking that long to approve cases, just accepting DS 3032 is taking the longest time ever. Well congratulations. Good Luck.

We are also still waiting for our DS 3032 to be accepted. Husband sent hard copy in more than 4 weeks ago, and email over a week ago. It's soooooooo frustrating!
