mrsemcee I know exactly how you feel. I feel the same with my spouse. I don't think they know what we go through each day we wait. Until we make that phone call, our hope are pinned so high. You try to remain positive, but to do so everyday, it's extremely difficult. No one else around you except your spouse will understand the paint and difficulty, I know I go through the same with my family. They really want me to get there, but don't talk about it as it's upsets me.

Waiting for someone else to do the paper works is very difficult. I share your pain and anxiety. But think of it this way when you do get there, it will be so special, it will be the single most perfect moment when you see your spouse at the airport, knowing, you'll never have to leave again. Then all this will;l be a distant memory. You'll be around the dinning table, enjoying with your spouse.

Don't worry about it. In my relationship my wife is the claim one; I'm the rusher. It'll will be wonderful. I'm already planning Valentine's Day! I'm thinking of a surprise trip to Nova Scotia. She was talking about it couple week ago. Valentines day falls on a Sunday, so thinking of going on Friday; coming aback on Monday. I have to think like this, otherwise it will just be depressing.

But NVC site today It says NOT PAID. What is going on the NVC system.

Just keep checking... There is a delay from when they get the money and their system shows paid... They update at 3 and 10 and sometime early morning.... I will show up!!!

I understand what its like to see that. I had the same problem. Mines was showend the same as yours but then showed up paid on the fourth morning. So not to worry.

Mine went to PAID over a holiday weekend, so keep checking, even over the weekend. It will eventually turn to PAID & then you can move forward.

I like your thinking , today i was so depressed and emotional , so when i talked to my husband this morning i was just down and crying , he was nervouse could not know what to do ,,, nvc is really depressing i don't know when i was in USCIS stage i was never depressed i call them here and there if i remeber to call and very calm and relaxed , this time around i call nvc like at least twice a day or so , and very jittery and have a lot of anxiety even days i say i am not gonna call nvc today , i will just wait till they let me know the result and i end up calling them any way is any one feeling this?????? or am the only one????? if not i really got to see a pschyciatrist, am being serious!!!!!

Lily, I think everyone here knows what you're going through. I think when we filed the I-130, we were all braced for the 5 months. You have to, or you'll go crazy. Now, we are at the NVC-the final place before the interview. It is just too hard to wait. I think the emotions are worsened because at the NVC, you do have some control. There are shortcuts here and there to make you sail through the NVC faster. So, there is added pressure.

I've decided today that I need to step back from all of this. It's making me crazy. All of my worrying isn't going to get me an earlier interview at this point. It's going to happen when it happens. At least I know our stuff is there.

Try to hang in there. I know it's hard.

NVC already receive my Ds230 package OCT 13, 2009, it says to the AVR

Still Document missing. how long i will wait??

And the operator said that they haven't receive the package? huh? how come?
