Just called NVC & they have no record of receiving our documents.

I'm in serious danger of a breakdown here, folks.

Okay, follow up..... our attorney checked the post office web site, and the packages were signed for at 9:55 a.m. on the 9th, which was Friday. With yesterday being a holiday, I'm guessing that our packages are still sitting in the mail room, waiting to be processed.

I feel slightly better...*slightly*

yes that is exactly what i thought was going on after " delivered day" they take about two or three days to reveiew it , the holiday is throwing every one off ,, keep in mind they left every thing on their desk friday evening and rushed to get out off there , now they are back to work the cranky operator who does want to get back to work probably are not gonna be nice today !! so let's be patience as always we all should get a certificate saying " best role players in nvc process !!! julie i know you deserve to be the VIP for this !! you go girl you are almost there to cut the ribbon !!!:thumbs:

What a noob. :-)

I put my date of birth wrong on my emailed ds3032. Got a email reply asking me to send a copy of it from an official doc like passport. doh!

Anyway, it didn't hold up makin gthe IV bill becoming available on the website and I called them and they said won't hold processing up either, just to scan a copy of my passport detail page and email it to them. Lucky I keep my passport with me at work for urgent last minute flights.

Okay, I kind of freaked out when I read your post. My hubby emailed his DS3032, and I couldn't find where it asked for his DOB on his scanned form to me. He used the form they attached in the email to him. I just noticed the form expired on 12/31/06! But it's their fault-it's the one they sent!

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

Excuse me for being a total dork today! I just realized that the post about the wrong DOB from notwork was for the email template, which my hubby did. I just got confused because I had his hardcopy sitting in front of me at work and couldn't find a place for his DOB. Oops sorry!

Our timeline:

Hello All,

I'm mailing in my I-864EZ and I have a question regarding sending in pay stubs. I've been with my current employer for the past two years and will have to do some digging to get pay stubs from the last 6 months. I have pay stubs from the last two months on hand and a letter from my employer. Was wondering if anyone else had sent in their last few paystubs (which is optional) and have had no problems...

Thank you VJers!!

you dont really need to send all your paystub. All what you have to do is send them the last paystub which shows your current and total earnings since the begining of the year and thats what i did.

Congratulations Christeen!

That's so soon, only about a month away, actually less than that. Your quick interview date has given me some hopes, but I guess it depends on the number of people applying at the particular embassy. Hope you will get to see your husband soon! I hope I get a December interview date.
