HELLOOO FRIENDS... Help me with one question... about How much is important the number of times that My husband came to my country??:. Cuz he has hard problems with his back (he was in chair before 2 years ago) and so no is possible he traveling so much... so his doctor is going to send me a letter for i use in the embassy if they say me something.. cause is for health and also he has 1 boy of 5 years and he has been single dad and he takes care of the baby.. so no free days till the boy get vacations from school too.... so i want to know what they can say me for the number of visit being a problem or something.. :star: Thanksss!! Good luck with all process.. hugs!

Mary Chace.

Has he come to visit you in the last 2 years (as you are required to show that you have physically had contact)... Do you maintain contact via e-mail, mail, or phone (I would have the records and copies of your ongoing relationship)? Do you have photos together? Also, you might want to consider letters from friends and family (both sides) that you have a valid relationship.... Along with the letter about his medical and son...

YEs, really we have good comunicationss.s. phone calls everydays and all... OK.. i will get the letters od friends to take with me too.. thanks for the advice!! yes we have pictures all.. thanks! i hope it will be enough for them.

Hi! I hope you can help me... Today I called NVC and I listen to the AVR, this what AVR response:

There are missing forms and it is incomplete, we already mailed you a letter on Oct. 08. Please send the missing form to give the final review.

The AVR did not tell if it's the AOS packet, they just tell missing forms and incomplete. The same day that they send the mail Oct. 08 is the same day they received my DS-230. I hope you can explaine this to me or if someone here is experience like this. Thank you!

Hello to everybody here at vj! I got a false RFE message at the AVR of NVC. I called today and I speak to the operator to ask what are the incomplete forms that the AVR is telling... and she told me that is a wrong message and just ignore it. The AVR is referring to the DS230, I already send my ds230 last Oct. 06 and NVC received the ds230 packet last Oct. 08, I am just happy that there is no problem right now in the papers that we sent... hopefully no problems will occur until we finish the process. God Bless Us!

Okay, follow up..... our attorney checked the post office web site, and the packages were signed for at 9:55 a.m. on the 9th, which was Friday. With yesterday being a holiday, I'm guessing that our packages are still sitting in the mail room, waiting to be processed.

I feel slightly better...*slightly*

Just called NVC & they have no record of receiving our documents.

I'm in serious danger of a breakdown here, folks.

Don't worry about it, I had my packages delivered by Fedex with signature proof and NVC would tell me they had no record of it at all. Operators are different and will tell you different things. One told me that they received something but they don't know what it is yet and then when I call later in the evening they would say they haven't received anything yet. They like to test your patience. So don't have a breakdown.....You're almost there now :D
