ok so husband called NVC to give them our email addresses and they only took his. I thought they needed mine as well.

OK... So as soon as I say something... BAM.... I get the 3032 and AOS bill in my in-box... I sent it off (from my husbands e-mail) and paid my bill online !!! YEA!! Movin, movin movin... Keep those papers movin... Rawhide!

Hi ok we got our noa2 aug 15 .I am confussed in what order I send the papers into NVC .

I paid both bills already . My husband sent me back the choice of agent. He also filled out the

DS-230 and mailed it back to me . I also downloaded the the affidavit of support . I no to send in the choice of agent but doi mail anything with it .When do i mail in all of his papers .

it should be 864A for both you and the joint sponsor ,,,, or if you are doing the family you should do contract between a house hold ,,,,

It would be easier for you to read this, then to explain step by step. But if you paid both bills, you need to send in the AOS packet and the DS-230 packet.

Every petitioner must fill out an I-864. A joint sponsor will fill out either the I-864 or the I-864A, which is for household members.

Uhm.. not particularly. You have to remember this is only the 9th day of September, with two of those days being a weekend and one being a holiday. That leaves only 6 days so far.

okay, a K3 a K3 does not deal with NVC it is there long enough for NVC to give it a case number then they send it to the embassy.

Now IF USCIS has not approved your I-130 yet, doubt if they will now since your I-129F for a K3 was approved.

and USCIS do not have to apr\prove the I-130 cause you filed a I-129F for a K3.
