question ,i hear about when u log in nvc and failed log in is likely ur complete but where exactly do u log in and that occur

The online fee payment page, at a certain point it will tell that u cannot log in..

okay christeen i havea question the second REF sound false but i can be wrong let me ask you this , i sent the sec REf on the 7th and it was sighned by nvc on the 8th , the new RFe saying on the the AVR is that it was generated on the 9th so what i am saying is how come they got the second rfe this quick and send me a second ref ?

Yes, I would say that is a suspect RFE... I really hope in your case that it is a false one!!! You will have to call on Tuesday and see what they say!!

I'm a little confused about something. I see on other timelines that people received an "instruction package" from NVC. I never actually got that. When the bills showed PAID on the invoice page, I simply followed the "next steps" portion of the web site. Did I miss something??

The "instruction packet people talking about is that some the one that talks about how to start Ds230 or the 864 if they did not do electronic nvc will send them a paper instruction if the do electronically they will just get it on the web where they print the cover sheet .

Statistically, about 6-14 days from the date it was received at NVC... But remember, Monday is a Holiday!!!

End of next week, start checking the website where you paid the bills and when you get a message that file is no longer available for processing.... Case pretty much complete...

Hi! I hope you can help me... Today I called NVC and I listen to the AVR, this what AVR response:

There are missing forms and it is incomplete, we already mailed you a letter on Oct. 08. Please send the missing form to give the final review.

The AVR did not tell if it's the AOS packet, they just tell missing forms and incomplete. The same day that they send the mail Oct. 08 is the same day they received my DS-230. I hope you can explaine this to me or if someone here is experience like this. Thank you!

Probably a false RFE... look it up on the VJ here in the search bar... Very common, but call on Tuesday and see what they are missing... if they say the entire 230 package... it is a false RFE, will clear itself when you are approved!

Hi everyone, my laptop broke at the worst possible so time I was unable to come online for the past couple of days. Just wanted to give an update- my ds3032 got approved last week and I paid the IV bill- that was shown as paid on Friday and I mailed the ds 230 packet today. The documents for my AOS package from the sponsor are in the mail and I should receive them this week and will forward them to NVC hopefully the same day.

Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone in this process. We are almost done with this part- I hope everything is going smoothly for everyone!

I sent my AOS and choice of agent form to NVC 2 days back . Now whats the next step ? Every one talks about DS-230 . I am the petitioner , am i suppose to fill it or does the beneficiary fills that form ? I just want to make sure i am ahead of the game . All information is appreciated .

The DS-230 is your spouse's actual application for a Visa. The information requested will pertain to him/her, but you can fill it out ahead of time and gather all of the documents necessary to accompany it to NVC. I filled mine out for my husband and emailed it so that he could sign it and have it all ready to roll when the $400 invoice turned to PAID.

I'm getting an ulcer here....

My stuff was sent to NVC on 10/6/09 (by certified mail - lawyer didn't send it next day). It should have been there by now, but the AVR hasn't changed to reflect that it was received.....should I be this nervous?

My husband sent my AOS on October 6th and NVC hasn't recived it yet , that is a little bit strange, I sent my DS230 and I hope this will be finish soon whitout RFE , so sweet log-in failure come soon please
