Just got my NOA2 hard copy today. Woo!

Now I'll wait until Friday before I start pestering the NVC for my case number... who am I kidding? I'm going to call the AVR once a day, at least, every day this week. I'll try my best to avoid talking to an NVC operator until next week... we'll see how long I can hold out. I am so neurotic.

Got our NVC numbers this morning, so will call back later to give emails.

OH when I do get the DS3032, do I sign for my minor children? When emailing it do I have to print it off sign it, then scan it with my signature before sending it back?

It is much better to speak to an operator- the AVR was updated a day later in my case...

Although I am following the CR1 path, I also have a K3 that was approved and forwarded to the embassy on September 3rd according to the rep- I attempted to track it via DHL but found no package forwarded to Islamabad- has anyone experienced a similar issue?

I have a question about the I864...

Where I list my income for 2006, 2007 & 2008, my 2006 income reported on my tax return includes my ex-husband's income, since we filed jointly that year (divorce wasn't final). Do I still put the full amount there?

I'm sure I'm over-thinking all of this.

Still waiting on PCC here....

Married 2008

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

I used the I-864EZ much less complicated!!! Look at it and see if this would be the case for you.

I only listed 2008 , the other years were optional.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

I gave both mine and my husband's. The agent asked me for both addresses. Are you the beneficiary? If yes, then they need your email address to send you DS3032 form, isnt it? Correct me if I am wrong.
