omg this day just gets better and better i could not contain myself i had to call the nvc.....THEY HAVE IT

they got our petition on 8/28/09 she told me that it takes five business days to send it out after they receive it wowwwwwwwww so fast

It took 8 days for mine to get to NVC. This Thursday, start calling NVC ( 603-334-0700) to check on that status of your case and to see if they sent it to India. You'll need to provide your CIS or NVC case number as well as the petitioner's and beneficiary's full name and birthday.

If it says it needs "Additional Processing", don't freak out about that. :) That is normal and your paperwork should be sent off either this week or next week.
