Hi!

I'm so glad I found this site!

My fiance recently proposed and we are in the process of gathering up all our information to file for his K-1 Visa.

I hope for my sake this all goes quickly because I'm an impatient person! Now that we are engaged I don't think I can go six months with out seeing him again!

I have been navigating about and found lots of answers to the majority of my questions. I'm so glad to know I'm not alone and there's lots of others out there going through the same issues.

April 2006 met playing Final Fantasy XI online.

September 2006 Met in person for the first time in Hagerstown, MD

July 2007 He traveled to West Virginia

August 2007 I moved from West Virginia to Tennessee

December 2007 I drove 1567 miles from Knoxville, Tennessee to Winnipeg Manitoba Best New Year's EVER!

July 2008 He Traveled to Knoxville

November 2008 Traveled to Knoxville, and West Virginia to spend Thanksgiving with me and my family

May 2008 I traveled to Calgary for his brother's wedding.

August 21st, 2009 He proposed!

August 2009 gathering all the paperwork to be sent for his K-1 Visa

06/19/2012 - Notice of Action

07/20/2012 - Biometrics

08/20/2012 - Interview: PASSED

09/21/2012 - Oath Ceremony :)

09/21/2012 - US Citizen

05-11-2009: NOA1

05-20-2009: called the Military Help Line and requested for expedite

06-04-2009: NOA2

06-14-2009: NVC letter received in the mail

07-02-2009: Packet 4 received

08-27-2009: Interview - Visa approved!

09-03-2009: visa in hands.

09-20-2009: POE - Miami

09-21-2009: we got married!

AOS TIMELINE:

05-12-2010: NOA1

06-08-2010: Case transferred to CSC

06-21-2010: Biometrics
