Hello

I am getting ready for my wife to get visa as fast as she can.

I am appling for her CR-1 visa.

How can I downlad Packet 3 and have ready to send.

06/25/2009 - I-130 Received at Chicago INS

04/30/2009 - I-130 NOA1 Received

xx/xx/2009 - I-130 NOA2 - APPROVED - email received from USCIS!!!!!

xx/xx/2009 - NVC Received/Case number assigned

xx/xx/2009 - DS-3032 / AOS Bill Generated

xx/xx/2009 - E-mailed DS3032

xx/xx/2009 - DS3032 Accepted

xx/xx/2009 - AOS bill generated

xx/xx/2009 - Paid AOS Bill

xx/xx/2009 - AOS Bill Show as PAID

xx/xx/2009 - IV Bill Generated

xx/xx/2009 - Pay IV Bill

xx/xx/2009 - IV Bill Show as PAID

xx/xx/2009 - Mailed I-864 Package

Packet 3???

CR-1/IR-1 Journey for Self

12th April 08 - Married in Australia

21st April 08 - Mailed off I-130 but with incorrect title on cheques

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter

You can find it on the embassy web site. Do not send it until you are sure they have the case.

You can also find the current interview schedual by finding the link. It usually takes 30 to 60 days after you send in P 3.
