Hi Everyone!

I'm so happy to have found this forum! My fiance and I are just starting to fill out the I-129F package and we need all the info we can get.

Since my fiance has lived, studied, and worked (OPT) in the US for the past 7 years (he left for Japan in June 2009) we have a few questions in regards to filling out some of the forms.

If he was here before and received Alien Registration # as a Student do you still put the alien registration # in the G325A form even the alien registration # might be expired already?

If he received a Social Security# from when he was here in the US do we fill that in the form as well?

For the parents city and country of residence; should both parents have the same answers as they live together? The example on this website is a little bit confusing as it shows both parents having different cities under "City and Country of Residence."

For "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than one year" would he just put his parents' address even though he just started living with them again June 2009? Does this mean his last address outside the US of more than one year will still be his parents' address from before he started living in the US?

In regards to the I-129F, should we include copies of his US drivers license, college transcripts, diploma, mail, etc. showing that he has been in the same city and school as me? We also worked together so can we put our pay stubs showing same Employer and Address as more proof of relationship or having met in the last 2 years? We also went on a Hawaii trip together and will include the copies of boarding passes and many pictures of us together. He also has a stamp on his passport from when he left and entered US in 2007 after visiting parents in Japan. I feel like the more proof we have the better...

Also, when he receives the visa and comes to the US to marry me will he obtain a new Social Security# or will they give him a new one? Isn't all his credit information attached to the old one?

Thanks in advance!!!

Yes

For the parents city and country of residence; should both parents have the same answers as they live together? The example on this website is a little bit confusing as it shows both parents having different cities under "City and Country of Residence." I think the example form needs to be revised - just list the city/country that is appropriate - both can (obviously) be the same.

For "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than one year" would he just put his parents' address even though he just started living with them again June 2009? Does this mean his last address outside the US of more than one year will still be his parents' address from before he started living in the US?Yes - sounds like it would be his parents address.

I feel like the more proof we have the better...All or at least most of that would probably be great evidence of meeting in person.

Also, when he receives the visa and comes to the US to marry me will he obtain a new Social Security# or will they give him a new one? Isn't all his credit information attached to the old one?

Won't get a 'new' one - SS#'s are assigned for life (don't expire).
