Seeing my name on the list with still no NOA while others are getting it makes me go crazy (and worried) even more. I know that it's only been 2 weeks since I mailed it and 8 days since they cashed the check, and yet, I cannot help but feel jealous. Hopefully I'll receive mine before the week ends or till next week so I can renew my DL. Without the extension letter, I don't think the license bureau will let me do it.

Did you sent it with a tracking system? i mean if you can check it in usps or fed-exp. Did you have copies of what you sent?

Yes, according to USPS, CSC received it on 09/04. The funny thing is the return receipt that was sent back to me was not signed by a person, it only stamped "USCIS RECEIVED" with a date of 09/08. They also cashed the check on the 9th and looking at the online banking, the check was in fact deposited in CSC's account and I could see a handwritten number in front of it that starts with WAC (which I assumed the case number). I know I shouldn't be like this since I still see some August filers with no NOA, but I cannot help getting worried and it's sickening. My husband thinks I am such a worry-wart. I even beat him to the mail box every morning.

Here is a crazy idea. You have everything to proved they received but the letter. My husband and I travel frequently and we have to stop the mail. When we resumed i received all kind of mail that was sent to our address not matter to whom. Maybe they did not spell your name correctly and they are not delivering it. Why dont you go personally to the post office and ask for mail that was not delivered?

Here is a crazy idea. You have everything to proved they received but the letter. My husband and I travel frequently and we have to stop the mail. When we resumed i received all kind of mail that was sent to our address not matter to whom. Maybe they did not spell your name correctly and they are not delivering it. Why dont you go personally to the post office and ask for mail that was not delivered?

I kind of thought about that... sometimes, we get our neighbor's mail because the first 3 digits of the house numbers in our row are the same. We care to put their mail in their mail boxes but I wonder if our neighbors do the same thing or just toss it in the garbage. Anyway, if ever the CSC did send the NOA and I didn't get it, I believe I can request for another one by calling them or when we go in for the biometrics. If after 30 days and I didn't receive anything in the mail, I'll give them a call and see what they say.

Then you will have to talk with your neighboors in advance telling them that you are waiting for an important paper from inmigration so that they can look for it before it get in the trash.

Yay! We finally sent off the I751! I'm so happy to have this item off my to-do list. Now the waiting begins :star:
