NOA I-797C, arrived today 9-18-09 Biometric Processing forcoming so they can capture fingerprints, photo, and signature. My wifes fingerprints are so delicate the scanner can't read them. I think we will have to get another letter from the local police stating she has no crimial charges pending. I'd like to get on the list but my old... I mean very old, mac computer can't/won't perform the task.

Have a good weekend

my timing for the priority mail worked out perfectly. Mailed on the 16th and it was delivered today ( the 18th) at the CSC on the first day of my filing period. Now waiting for the check to be cashed (I never thought I would be happy for a check to be cashed!), and receiving the NOA.

Hey David-Mae, I think I will be like you, checking my mailbox everyday once I get back home. My hubby just says " relax, it will come, we have no need to worry". I know, I know! I just want it to come fast :-)

With all the I-751 cases that got screwed up (so far I have read at least 3 of them), I cannot help but worry and panic. My husband thinks I'm stressing too much, but when I told him about these cases, he said it's no wonder I'm that scared. I'm giving it 30 days and if I didn't receive anything from them, time to call.

Oh really? I supposed you mail them at the same time? I saw some cases where the extension letter didn't come at all, just the Bio appt. One guy said he called the CS and requested for it.

Mailed in the packet to Vermont on 9/4...don't know if we've received anything in the mail yet from USCIS as I just got back from Mexico and won't pick up the held mail until Monday. Amazed at how quickly these seem to be moving, and to see that someone already had had the biometrics scheduled. What would be the chances of our having already received a letter and missed a biometrics appointment because of being out of the country? If in the off chance that we did and the appt is scheduled for next week and my husband stayed an extra week in Mexico, not too worried about calling or visiting the biometrics office and explaining that he won't be back until 9/26...but would REALLY be concerned if we missed it altogether.

Well, they cashed the check on 9/11 so I'd be shocked if the biometrics appointment was this past week! At least I'm hoping so!

:bonk: --> me... I forgot that K1& K2 are joint application.

Well, another week has ended for me and still NOA-less. :crying: Believe me guys, I am happy for all of you who are getting progress... I just can't help but get jealous and aggravated. I got so used to dealing with USCIS so easily and smoothly. I guess my luck ran out this time.

Happy weekend all!
