Guys,

Been out of Touch of the site. When do I have to file for my I-751. I came to USA in January 2008 as you see from my timeline. I have downloaded the form and was studying it. What shall I send with the form if you guys can let me know. Can we send pictures with the I-751.

Feb 1,2007 - I-130 Reached USCIS.

Feb 4,2007 - I-130 accepted > Get USCIS case Number NOA1.

May 8 ,2007- GET NVC Case Number > NOA2.

June 16 ,2007- Get Order from NVC to pay 70$.

July 2 ,2007- Get DS-3032 in India.

July 7,2007 - DS-3032 choice of address agent entered in NVC.

July 14 ,2007- Get I-864.

July 18 ,2007- I-864 Enters NVC.

July 29 ,2007- Get Order to Pay 380$ fee.

Aug 3 ,2007- 380$ Fee Reached St Louis.

Aug 25,2007 - NVC & St Louis People receive photocopy of my payment with USPS receipt.

After WAITING for 37 days.

Sept 10,2007 - 380$ fee encashed.

Sept 24,2007 - Receive DS-230 in Mail.

Sept 25,2007 - DS-230 despatched.

Sept 26,2007- DS-230 Delivered.

Oct 1,2007 - NVC has DS-230.

Oct 12, 2007 - DS-230 Reviewed. Case Complete

Oct 16, 2007 - Case at Embassy.

Oct 25, 2007- Interview Letter Despatched from Embassy.

Nov 3, 2007 - Recieved Interview Letter.

Dec 1, 2007 - Medical Exam .

I GOT IT

Jan 16 - I am in USA

April 15 2008 - Get my Drivers License.

I-751 Lifting Conditions at California Service Center

November 12, 2009 - I-751 Sent via USPS Express Mail

November 13, 2009 - Receipt of I-1751 Fee

November 20, 2009 - Arrested on Domestic Battery(Had argument with wife)

December 18, 2009 - Biometrics Completed at 9 am.

January 13, 2010 - Receive I-797E Notice for more evidence

February 16, 2010 - Mail reaches Californa Service Center( Next day of Preseidents Day)

February 19, 2010 - Card Production Ordered. Status now IR1

Seeing my name on the list with still no NOA while others are getting it makes me go crazy (and worried) even more. I know that it's only been 2 weeks since I mailed it and 8 days since they cashed the check, and yet, I cannot help but feel jealous. :crying::crying::crying: Hopefully I'll receive mine before the week ends or till next week so I can renew my DL. Without the extension letter, I don't think the license bureau will let me do it. :wacko:

Did you sent it with a tracking system? i mean if you can check it in usps or fed-exp. Did you have copies of what you sent?

Yes, according to USPS, CSC received it on 09/04. The funny thing is the return receipt that was sent back to me was not signed by a person, it only stamped "USCIS RECEIVED" with a date of 09/08. They also cashed the check on the 9th and looking at the online banking, the check was in fact deposited in CSC's account and I could see a handwritten number in front of it that starts with WAC (which I assumed the case number). I know I shouldn't be like this since I still see some August filers with no NOA, but I cannot help getting worried and it's sickening. My husband thinks I am such a worry-wart. I even beat him to the mail box every morning. :wacko:

You can fill in your timeline based on the info on the check... the only thing you lack is the piece of paper "officially" providing the 1 year extention

Which is saddening because that's what I will need to renew my DL and travel back to PI this Nov. Oh well... I guess I just gotta have faith like what my husband tells me.

Well my check was cashed as of 9/16/09. Waiting on NOA1. Whoooo hoooo!

Question - when I view the check through my bank's website, USCIS has written numbers all over it, front and back. I can barely make out numbers/letters. Does anyone know where the WAC number would be, so I can check my case status online? Thanks.

You cant check your case status online until you receive biometric appointment letter. Also, the case number on your check (same as NOA1 letter) is different from that on biometric appointment letter. So, you now just relax and enjoy your time until you receive that letter. Good Luck!

We sent our I-751 on 9-5-09 they, (CSC) cashed our check on 9-11-9, bad omen? Now waiting for a NOA1 so I can track info online. I did include a DECISION letter from USCIS who reaffirmed our K-129 application on June 12, 2006 after the CO sent it back to NSC (Nebraska Service Center) who approved it. If there is a problem USCIS can argue with themselves. :whistle:

Aug 31 - Mailed my I-751 package to VSC via USPS Express mail.(CGC expires Nov 29)

Sept 02 - Receipt date ( NOA received on Sept 10th)

Sept 03 - Check for $545 was cashed.

Sept 16 - Received the Biometrics appointment letter for Oct 09, 2009 @ USCIS Bronx, NY.

Sept 18 - Completed Walk-in biometrics appointment.

Dec 31 - I-751 approved.(Notice received on Jan 6th)

Jan 12, 2010 - Card Production ordered.
