v333k...I am begining to lose my mind as well and I thought I am the only one...its 40 days since my Biometrics and nothing is happening...I want to screammmm..someone please touch my case, lift the file, move it..DO SOMETHING.....PULEEEEZZZEEEE....I just want to see some little activity on my case.....

I sent my stuff Oct 28th, they got it Nov 4th...

I keep checking my Case status like 34 times a day..hoping I will see some thing....

Kinda nice to know Im not the only crazy one.

NOA is Nov 4th? I wouldn't hold my breath yet just yet, average is about 4-4.5 months since NOA (for VSC)...and you waited 2.5 months

Hi Susan73, waiting 40 days is peanuts!!! USCIS claims 6 months (that is 180 days). Thanks to VJ, we know that 6 months is extreme, but remain calm, October is next....

Actually, you as well as I, and many others, have been waiting for 70+ days so we're next! Look at the glass as half full (if there is even a glass in the picture.... I threw mine away :D I got tired of looking at it)

Why? I just told you the truth and why would that give you a panic attack? Now at least you know everything is "normal" in your case...

agree.... there is nothing to worry about until you see your name being the only one in the list stuck without approval for weeks....

Why would being told you're well within normal processing times make one have a panic attack? Especially because the PR has every legal right to continue working and traveling for a year, during which the 10 year card will most likely be approved and received?

I mean, I'd like to have my husband approved ASAP (and we're one of the last ones on the September VSC list, and I certainly check the online account at least once a day, but I'm not going to go ballistic over it. I'm more likely to have a panic attack regarding the Senate vote in Mass and Haiti. Perspective.

ead card ordered 09/20/07!!!!

Got 10 year greencard in mail today. Post marked 01/15/10 from vermont. thanks to you all for your help and support. Thank God they sent it to my po box!
