Just recieved a Mail and a Text Msg saying that my GC sent to the Production. Waaaaaaaaaaw, i was thinking of preparing more docs to send because to me looked that i havent sent anything compared to what you guys have sent.

getting worried. havent received my GC yet. :(

You may want to call them and see what happened to it... When you receive the card production email, did you see any updates on your status online? Because after I got the card production email, they updated my case again telling me that they sent the approval notice.

Getting a little worried .. no touches, emails, anything and others that had biometrics after us are getting approved .. hmmmmmmm.....

Hey there. I think we are in the same boat as you. I see pretty much everyone else is approved except us, hehe. We had 2 touches right after our early biometrics, then nothing now. Just playing the waiting game. Oh well, we're probably the minority here. Hoping that we all get approved soon!

Put me on the same boat, we only got a touch right after biometrics (10-27-09), then nothing... I think they must be sleeping there. We have to be patient and wait a little bit more... but I am crazy as well checking that on-line page every day...

Hang in there guys... it seems like they slowed down a bit.

don't know... we don't have a unique case number for him so it is difficult to determine.... I did receive a second text message today on Mrs. payxibka's case # so I don't know if it is just the system messing with me or if maybe they approved 'lil payxibka.... Now we just wait for the mail.....

Just added my case: I am september filer.

Question: do they start working on your case (or put it in the 'queue') after you do your bio appt or after you receive your NOA? Just wondering whether I should compare my timeline to others looking at NOA or Bio appt.

Another question: is there background check for I-751?? I see that California filers get approved sometimes 5 days after bio appointment? Is it possible to send fingerprints to FBI and back to USCIS in that period?

P.S. Vermont Center sucks!

Just recieved a Mail and a Text Msg saying that my GC sent to the Production. Waaaaaaaaaaw, i was thinking of preparing more docs to send because to me looked that i havent sent anything compared to what you guys have sent.

now waiting for the Fun to come( 10 years GC )

EWL, I think the formats are fine for me. But since my case is all done, I think the other folks (especially VSC) should be the ones giving their opinion on the changes made.

don't know... we don't have a unique case number for him so it is difficult to determine.... I did receive a second text message today on Mrs. payxibka's case # so I don't know if it is just the system messing with me or if maybe they approved 'lil payxibka.... Now we just wait for the mail.....

When I received my first text message, it was when they sent the card production email, then another text the next day but it was just a duplicate text message (according to the phone). The day that I received the GC, I received another text and the status online was updated to Post-decision activity, which stated that they sent out the approval notice (which I thought was pretty late update since I already got the GC).

Well, keeping my fingers crossed for your little one's case. :thumbs:

Hey everyone. I just got a text message about 5 minutes ago stating that my case was updated. I was excited and worried as this could mean several things. So, I quickly went online and checked the status, and behold...it said that our card production was ordered! Yay! I guess that means we are approved?! I was really worried that our packet wasn't as detailed or as comprehensive as the others I've seen here. But I am happy now! :dance: Good luck to everyone still waiting for their approvals. I just received the e-mail I was waiting for!! Card production ordered, yeahhh. I felt the same as Kabigon, our package was just 12 pages or so, not as detailed as others, but I guess it had enough evidence.

Good luck to all the others waiting for approvals, it seems CSC has started moving again.

Starting to get a little worried now. Only 7 people remaining who filed with CSC and haven't yet received approval.

I wouldn't be worried much except that our AOS process took longer than most. From the time we had our interview until approval was ~3 months, presumably because it took that long to complete the background check (or at least, that's what we were told). I'm concerned that the background check may hold us up again...

2009: I-751 (Removal of permanent resident conditions)

9/19: Sent I-751 application & supporting materials.

9/21: Package delivered to USCIS.

9/22: Check cashed.

9/26: NOA1 received.

10/22: Biometrics appointment completed.

10/23: Application touched.

11/17: GC production ordered.

11/23: GC received.
