Well, I am sitting here staring at my multi-colored expandible file folder containing all the papers for my fiance and I's K-1 visa application (Don't worry! I'm not sending it in that, haha!!), and I figured it was high time that I actually post here, since the information and words of wisdom I've gotten since I discovered this site a few months ago have been so VERY valuable!!!

I'm Tiffanney (Or Kay, if you wish -- I'll answer to either) and my fiance is Matt. He's Canadian, and we've been together for nearly four years now (November 21st!). He gave me a promise ring back in 2007, and then proposed to me on V-Day this year, and it's been a bumpy roller coaster since then to gather all the information and documents we needed! Luckily, it's pretty easy for us to prove we've seen each other since I lived with him for a year while I attended college up in Canada, haha!

Anyways, I'll be updating my timeline, and I hope to stumble into the Canada section at some point. It'd be nice to meet lots of other US/Canada couples that are going through all of this with us. Thank you all very much for the information you've got here! Matt and I both REALLY appreciate it!!!! :thumbs:
