Getting a case expediated for medical reasons....

I am wondering how difficult it is to get a case bumped for medical reasons. My so broke his hand and it hasnt grown back straight. It went to see another Dr and they re broke it and set it and again it did not heal back straight. He seen another doctor and took xrays and said he would have to have surgery to repair it to make it straight again and to not wait too long, bc the longer you wait the harder it will be to heal. Yesterday, once again it was rebroken by another phsyician. I know it seems a hand is a minor thing, but visually it looks badly crooked and told him once I got him here we would fix it and to not worry with the doctors over there. "Morocco". I was wondering how possible this was to expediate the case. I hate having him wait soo long for this surgery. How would I request this and what would need to be done on my part? Thanks!

i think it pretty much needs to be life threatening or more importantly ..a problem for the USC, not the potential immigrant.

Yeah, I agree with everyone else. He has access to health care. Granted, it's not world-class health care, but it's health care all the same. It's just too bad that US doctors are going to have to fix what wasn't fixed right in the first place.
