so they touched our papers twice....how did we know? :dance: ...coz we checked it and they updated the date...

Questions: How many times do they touch it?

How long after they touch it approved?

What is the average at NVC ? and

what is the average in manila?

hope anyone who knows will asnwer our four questions....Many thanks......

How many times do they touch it? As many times as they like....sometimes not at all. My case was touched 3 times in a row initially then approved about 3 weeks later. You cant go much by touches. At least though you know your case is being worked on or looked at when you know you have been touched.

How long after they touch it approved? See above

What is the average at NVC ? That depends on if you use the shortcuts. How quickly they send things out...and how quickly you return things. Depends whether you get RFE's or whether held up in security checks.

what is the average in manila? From other postings here it is a 6 month wait for an interview date in Manila at present.
