Agent of choice..help!

can anyone tell me how my wife can email the agent of choice. i have read that some people are doing it and also mailing through postal mail the same time. she can not figure out how to email it back if they send no return address...thank you!

thank you for replying so quick...my wife just told me when she mailed ytthe agent of choice she put...she did not want agent..just herself....though agent meant lawyer....she sent this regular mail....so i told her in email to add on...two whom it may concern...please disregard hard copy of agent of choice since i made a mistake...i want my husband as agent...i hope that works and gets there before hard copy
