hi to all i have a friend and they are doing the K1 fiancee visa also just like me but her case was while they are waiting for their approval at the USCIS she delievered a baby here in the philippines..the baby was 5 months now. and she just recently recieve a letter from the embassy for an appointment for her medical exam. now the question is does her baby need also an appointment letter or how she will gonna do her next step? what does she need since she had already a baby?

Is the baby a child of her fiance?

If so, the baby should be able to get US citizenship and a US passport at a local US consulate.

If not, he has to file K-2 for the baby.

yah the baby was born here and the fiancee was the father of course...where and how shes gonna start for the requirements???any contacts she need to call???

File a "Consular Report of Birth Abroad" at a local consulate.
