DS-3032 and components for DS-230 IV Package

Hey guys just had a couple of general Questions for the DS 3032 and DS 230 Forms. I am still waiting for my approval from CSC but I have all the required police certificates and documents ready already. But I was wondering, if I can have my wife download and fill the DS 3032 and DS 230 forms and mail it to me? Or do I need to use the ones that NVC will send me?

dont mail or e-mail in advance to NVC.when u hear the message on AVR that NVC has sent u ds 3032 then u can e-mail or mail right away.u dont need to send the same form which NVC will sent u.yeah ur wife can download and sign it and sent u in advance then u can sent it NVC @ the right time.
