Congrats!!!!!!!!!

I'm assuming USCIS is not working on Wed since it's veterans day?? anyone know? I know I am being greedy since I got my AP and EAD really quickly but am so much hoping for at least a touck on my AOS! Just to show they haven't forgotten me! :)

Received our appointment letter today. It will be December 15 in Detroit.

I know I should be very happy (and I am happy) but I guess I'm a little disappointed that our case wasn't transferred to CSC. Seems like most get transfered there without an interview - is that right?

Oh well - I haven't been downtown Detroit in a while (I used to live there) so I know where to go and what to avoid. We'll make a fun trip out of it.

last night when i checked my case status online and my email,it said "card production ordered" does this mean that mine and my son's EAD are already approved?

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On November 4, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT.

#2: Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On November 4, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

Hopefully the "transfered to CSC" is next!

Checked my updates yesterday and they issued me a RFE... is that "awesome"? Now I am just sooooo anxious and nervous wondering what they want this time! Ughhh.... :blink:

Sorry to hear about the RFE :( Get it returned asap, the sooner the better and get that green card approved!

Good luck on the interview! Only a certain % of K1's get called for interview since K1 immigrants had an interview in their home country anyway. Unfortunately you were one of those and drew the short straw, I'm sure you'll be fine :thumbs:

Sorry not posted much been away past few days organising and studying up for driving licence and teacher certification. I have been trying to keep the spreadsheet up to date but if anyone sees any errors or omissions, give us a nod and I'll make the necessary changes. Seems to me, in theory anyway everyone should have had their EAD approval by now if they applied for one.

Hi guys, apparently the document that USCIS sent me was the receipt notice that got lost in the mail... I think they made a mistake of changing my I485 status to "document production or oath ceremony". I was expecting to get a greencard in the mail but was surprised to get the receipt notice instead :(

I still have no touch on my I765 since the day after my bio... is it time for me to get an EAD card in the mail?? Its been like 3 weeks. I dont know what to do.... any suggestions??

08/31/09 – Received Notice receipt for (I-130, I-765)

09/04/09 – submitted AR-11 (Change of Address form)

09/18/09 – Touch for I – 130

09/26/09 – received a letter for biometric test for Oct 20th in Jacksonville.

10/20/09 – Biometrics done in Jacksonville, FL for (I-485, I-765)

10/21/09 – Touch for I-485 & I-765

11/02/09 - email from USCIS saying "document mailed to applicant"

11/02/09 - I-485 status changed to "document production or oath ceremony"

11/06/09 - receive I-485 Receipt Notice

11/10/09 - EAD card production email (#1)

11/16/09 - EAD card production email (#2)

11/19/09 - received EAD card :)

Good morning guys!! CONGRATS on all the updates!! september filers are on their way..

we got the AP in the mail on Friday 11/06/09.. but we never got a prior email about it.. no touches on any of my cases since the biometrics, but i stopped going by it a long time ago so im not real frustrated by that, we jus check the mailbox EVERYDAY LOL..

we jus wanna get that ead so we can get his ssn.. hopefully it will arrive some time this week

[07/15/07 Met RG on vacation in Jamaica

07/27/09 He proposes on one of his visits here

08/07/09 We are married!!!!!

AOS from B2 visa

09/03/09 Completed medical.. all clear!!

09/21/09 Sent off I130, I485, I131, I765.. YAYYYYYY[/color]

09/23/09 package received

09/28/2009 all 4 NOA's printed (received on OCT 1ST)

09/30/09 checks cashed!

yes.. lol.. hubby's bday was yesterday.. THE FIRST here in the united states!!!.. we had a good time, even tho AOS has had us strapped for cash.. just knowing this was the first of many here TOGETHER was GREAT!!!
