Just checked USCIS website for the last time today and no touch. Talk to everyone tomorrow! Have a great evening!!!

Same for me...I really shouldnt be getting too down about it....to even be able to hope for GC at this point (less than 2 months from NOA!) is amazing! We have been so blessed thus far, I just need to be more patient!

I got mine, exactly 2 months after I sent my application.

Be patient, you'll be fine. By the way, USCIS seems didn't update my case online 'coz it's still says sending my welcome letter and wait for my GC.

Hey, you may never know you'll receive letter in your mail.

Hi,

On I-485, The question " were you inspected by an immigration officer" I said No..There was a mistake, I was inspected by Immigration officer and I have I-94. what can the consequence and what can I do?

Hello September Filers! I just have a question regarding the Bio Letter.. Has anyone of you here received the bio letter after a month of receiving the NOA's? I'm just so worried 'cause the notice date on my NOA's is October 14.. and today is November 5.. I still haven't receive any.. Has anyone also experienced this? I badly need your help! I will truly appreciate your reply. Thanks a lot!

Hi km24

You can see our spreadsheet here and try to see the timeliness from our NOA to Bio letter. Mine, I got it 4 days after NOA. So they usually come really quick. I hear they say about 30 days to wait for bio letter - but I thought it was too long anyway. Because bio will be a ticket for your next step to ead and aos. For ap, they don't need bio to give the approval, they will send it to you a month after NOA ^_^

Maybe you can try to call, to ask about this?

I think aslong as you have accurate PoE & Date you should be fine.

Thanks. I called USCIS and I was transferred to a USCIS supervisor who accessed my information, corrected the mistake and told me they would have returned it if I dont have I-94, So I hope all is fine now.

All will be fine.If you dont have it til November 14, You can schedule appointment with INFOPASS and they might have it done over there

They will send you another email to tell you about the card production. Mine even turned really cute. They sent about card production, then another about card production and approval one ^_^
