Hey Cutedolphinn,

how do i know that my application has been transferred if I dont get any email notice or letters??? do I know that because my case numbers start with MSC ?

08/26/09 – USCIS received the packet (I-485, I-130, I-765)

08/31/09 – Received Notice receipt for (I-130, I-765)

09/04/09 – submitted AR-11 (Change of Address form)

09/18/09 – Touch for I – 130

09/26/09 – received a letter for biometric test for Oct 20th in Jacksonville.

10/20/09 – Biometrics done in Jacksonville, FL for (I-485, I-765)

10/21/09 – Touch for I-485 & I-765

11/02/09 - email from USCIS saying "document mailed to applicant"

11/02/09 - I-485 status changed to "document production or oath ceremony"

11/06/09 - receive I-485 Receipt Notice

11/10/09 - EAD card production email (#1)

11/16/09 - EAD card production email (#2)

11/19/09 - received EAD card :)

how do i know that my application has been transferred if I dont get any email notice or letters??? do I know that because my case numbers start with MSC ?

If you have an account at USCIS they will send you email or text notifications and it will say that your case has been transferred to CSC.

10/2/09 - Date on NAO1's

10/5/09 - Received NAO1's in the mail

10/5/09- Check cashed

10/11/09 - Received Biometrics letter in the mail

10/14/09 - Walked in for Biometrics appointment

10/15/09 - Touch I-485/I-765

10/16/09 - I-485 transferred to CSC

You will get a notice email that you will get transferred, they will tell it too when you check online, also they will send you a letter^_^

No, MSC is a case number that USCIS gives when we apply for AOS. So using the case number, you can track it online.

Last night I got an email saying our case was transfered and is now being processed at a USCIS office. We were transfered to the CSC on 10/16 so did they transfer our case to a different office now?

Hey guys .. I'm a late joiner here. JimandChristy if you want to add me to your list.. I got all 3 of my NOAs on sept 11th. AP and EAD are already in my hand, just waiting on info to get into SAVE for SSN.

I'm in the same boat as dillon, above, was transferred to CSC on 10/09 before biometrics on 10/13. AP & EAD were both approved on 10/21, status of AOS changed from "transfered to CSC" to "transfered to USCIS office" on 10/22 but hasn't been touched since, and nothing in the mail. Little worried about that.

Thanks for the congrats! So so happy :)

Just wanted to say to those of you waiting, once I was transferred to CSC, I had an update a week later to say it had arrived, then absolutely nothing, no touch, until approval today (8 weeks from NOA). So hold on, it will all happen in due course :)

hmmm now i am more confused about my "document production or oath ceremony" status. i was never transferred to anywhere. I joined USCIS when I got my receipt number and I was never told about transfer... it was on initial review until i got the email saying i am now on the last stage... strange isnt it??? should i call USCIS and try to find out what is going on?

Sometimes the website doesn't get updated, for several reasons. Calling USCIS wouldn't harm but looking at your dates it could be correct.
