Congrats to Monkeyjuice! Interview is a bit off but it gives you plenty of time to collect the necessary evidence :)

Freyja I'm expecting a EAD approval on Monday, so you better not let me down ;)

Looking at the spreadsheet, mike and riza and scandal still not had a biometrics appointment yet :unsure:

Interview letter arrived!!!!!!! it's ages off yet though. 7th December @ 11am in Detroit. Hopefully an approval will be a great Christmas gift for us! yay. :dance:

Hey Junari, at least you can experience these bumps with your hubby & you're together. Hopefully this immigration process will be over for all of us soon. (well for a couple of years anyway!) :star:
Yeah that's true better with him than alone , i love him , being married is so much fun.

Thats great news!!! We just came back from my biometrics appointment. Took 20 minutes all in all! Really quick and very nice people. Hoping for some touches on my EAD now :)
So cool hopefully mine will go that smoothly

Yes, that's true what MonekyJuice said, you will get your AP and EAD soon. On the same day after bio, you will see 'touch' I think. That happens a lot after one has bio!!^^

I am looking for touches right now and it is so strange. I got my AP already and it was dated 10/15. However on the website, it says it was touched 10/20 but that it's still on "initial interview" (and no email was sent to me when it was approved). But I have the AP in my hands... EAD was last touched 10/20 as well. Hoping for an approval soon :)

I am so happy for everyone! So far everyone in this group have been doing so well! Lots of transfers to CSC, lots of very quick approval and even a greencard approval already!!!

It happened to me too... but don't worry... yeah its just strange....

Just wait a bit and you'll have your EAD soon...

Good to hear by the way that you have wonderful honeymoon....

I am sure your ead and ap will come soon. Sometimes, there is no a touch before the approval of ap. It happened to me too and some other VJers. For ead, they will show the sign after bio. Maybe today you will see the touch? ;)

On October 26, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

I am kinda confuse.... thanks...

Congrats you're approved! :dance: :dance: This is one of two emails you should receive when your Green card is approved. This email is about "Welcoming the new permanent resident" and the USCIS sends out a letter. The 2nd email which you should get later today will say "Card Production ordered" and naturally it means what it says.
