Yes, we will all now wait for the interview and the approval! You will only wait the GC card come to your house. I still have to redo-bio next week. Good thing they don't have to take my picture but only my fingerprints :luv:

It's really a great news about JimandChristy's approval!!

Got my EAD card today!! Thanks to God, they took a nice picture for my EAD!! That means they will use it too for my GC!! :D

Hahahaha!.... Nice!....

Now... most of us.... will wait for AOS approval..... makes me nervous now :whistle:

Hi guys i hope everyone is doing excelent today , ooooohh man i just got an e mail from the uscis (rfe) asking for evidence again this is the second one , it makes me so angry cause the first one it was asking for the copy of my marriage certificate wich of course i put in my package i mena can they send all the things in one rfe at least hahahhahah well i guess at least i know they are working on the case. I also have to go to my biometrics next week .

Sorry to hear about your second RFE, Junari.. but I am glad to see that you're such an optimistic person!! Way to go! :) I hear ya when you said you've encountered several bumps.... I am also way overdue for my AOS application (more than a year) so I am hoping things will go smoothly.

Thats great news!!! We just came back from my biometrics appointment. Took 20 minutes all in all! Really quick and very nice people. Hoping for some touches on my EAD now :)

I am looking for touches right now and it is so strange. I got my AP already and it was dated 10/15. However on the website, it says it was touched 10/20 but that it's still on "initial interview" (and no email was sent to me when it was approved). But I have the AP in my hands... EAD was last touched 10/20 as well. Hoping for an approval soon :)

I am so happy for everyone! So far everyone in this group have been doing so well! Lots of transfers to CSC, lots of very quick approval and even a greencard approval already!!!

Junari888 - Oh, I think this is now the right spelling, I mentioned Januari, I didn't realize it should be Junari :D. You will be okay. As long as you send the rfe as soon as possible and they receive it, they will process your aos right away.
