It's okay, adiiann, well maybe someday we are all here going to meet, a gathering maybe? That will be really cute to see every one from September AOS filers!!^^

Hey.. I have Indonesian friends.... and they are so nice. I've got a very nice gift from them, I brought it with me. It's like a miniature sword with cute carvings. My husband like it.

Let's see.... Hehehehe.... They invited me too to visit them. After a year, maybe me and husband visit first Philippines.... then have vacation in Italy (my husband's mom side came from). We need to save first....

I had my photos taken at CVS pharmacy. Paid $5.99 for 6 photos. Not the greatest photos but way better than the "criminal" mug shot taken at ASC. Ugh.... I don't like that card now! LOL...

Cheers.

Did they use the biometrics photo or the passport photo you sent in?? Mine used the biometrics mug shot.... so upset because I looked like criminal there LOL...

Cheers!

I am going to be upset too since we had to send 6 in when we filed! Don't know where you guys went to get your pictures but at the Walgreens I went to we had to pay $8.00 for two pictures...total of 6 pictures so we paid like $25.00! And then they just end up using that one you do at the biometrics appointment. UNREAL! okay rant done...sorry. LOL

Ahh yes I remember now about asking you... you live so closer to my country. Yeah we have almost similar food right? All spicy, hot pepper, cumin, curry, ginger, coconut milk, and all.

Yeah, that's what they wrote on the bio letter I got. So there won't be pictures taken then... You will do redo too right? Or did you walk in again? We will use the original appointment since they won't allow to do walk-in. They told us when we tried our walk-in on that day, so we'd better follow their advice this second bio :innocent:

I did a walk-in a day after I received the Appointment letter. They were not busy at all both times so I guess that was why they let me do it. No photos needed, just the fingerprints.

Yeah I love spicy food. Unlike your husband, I can't get my husband to eat anything spicy. So I usually cook with mild seasoning and add super spicy seasoning to my bowl.. I wish I could get all kinds of spices here in Charlotte but unfortunately, the spices that I find are either Vietnamese or Korean. Not so much of Malaysian/Indonesian/Chinese flavors :( So sad...

Cheers...

Oh you did second walk-in. I am glad it went so well.

Uhmm... maybe you can look online store? They usually have asian market on the internet. I was surprised too that in my town they have almost many of spices I needed for cooking. Even those that look unfamiliar spicy, they have them in the store. Ah, do you have an organic store there? I am sure you have. There is an organic store here, we always go there and I got many Indonesian's spices there. Try to look, maybe you will find!! :star:
