Welcome back :) Congrats on the AP approval, onto the Green Card.

Just wanted to let you guys know we got our letter for Biometrics for 10/29. We are going to try and do a walk in hopefuly later this week. For those of you who did do a walk in did you go around the same time that is on your letter?

Added to the sheet, I assume you can walk in at any time within the ASC hours.

Great, having your Biometrics appointment ahead of time seems to quicken the process for approval on EAD/AP. Based on the spreadsheet it is taking around a month to be approved from NOA date. That would mean end of October near Halloween for you!

Woot!! Just got alert that EAD was approved and card ordered as of 10/14!! Not half an hour ago I was looking at the spreadsheet and thinking at 35 days from date of NOA, we should be hearing something anytime--I must be psychic or something :P

Good luck to everyone else still waiting, seems like the process is running fairly smoothly at this time!

Did your update say this?

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

If it does then come to think of it I'm wondering whether it just means it is being processed at the CSC and the USCIS office in question is the CSC and not your local office. If you are transferred it is highly unlikely you'll need to attend an interview.

Congrats  based on the spreadsheet that means everyone who had a NOA date up to and including in the 2nd week of September have now had their AP and EAD approved.

cutedolphinn, Freyja (If you can get an early walk in on Biometrics) and molaraz (If sent back copy of I-94 in good time) are up next. :)

Yeah my update did say that exact thing. It's confusing, ain't it? LOL... My husband certainly does not want interview since that usually means he has to take a day off if the interview date falls on his working day. Taking a day off at his work is not that easy since they are short of people. But then again, having an interview seems to make things faster especially when you know you have a date to look forward to rather than just wait and wait and wait and wait for USCIS decision...... The story of our lives - WAITING GAME! :)

Cheers..
