Hallo everyone, how is waiting?

i got my NOA1 for EAD and i485 the other day and have tried checking the stats on the uscis website, seems like they cant fin my case...mine both starts with MSC....How about you guys...?

Yes, all of mine start with MSC but when you input the case number in don't include any dashes or spaces, it should be in the form MSCXXXXXXXXX. Its been a week since you received your NOA date so you should be on the system by now.

Yeah, that's true. Walk-in does really help. You had your walk-in earlier and that you got so many progress^_^

walk in biometrics? hmm...are biometrics done in any USCIS office? sowee, haven't research as much yet. =D

Yeah, you can do walk-in at your ASC. If they can let you in, then you can have bio at the time you go there - that means before your original bio appointment. I am so glad that we can make it yesterday, we came earlier in the morning. Then they let us in when there were no one left for appointment. We prayed for that, thanks to God!!

Oh.. for those doing biometrics, remember to take an additional documentation that bears you new married name if you changed your name. A photocopy of your marriage certificate will work.

I am done with my biometrics. Though, its so fast.

There are lot of people in the ASC. I don't think they allow walk-in there because they specify by appointment.

Anyway, I hope I could see updates in my case when we get back from trip. :thumbs:

First of, thank you guys for your help regarding the RFE( for me to send them proof of legal entry) i sent back to USCIS.. I sent them a letter via first class mail only two days ago saying that I am a Canadian citizen, can into the United States as a visitor was not issued and I-94 upon entry and to my greatest suprise the "last updated date" on my I-485 and I-765 was updated today (reflecting todays day) just after USCIS recieved my responce yesterday.

My questions are:

(1) The status have not changed yet even though the last updated date have changed. Does that mean anything nagative or my application is still on hold?

(2) How about my I-130 and I-131, what possibly can i expect of thoes since nothing have been done on them?

(3) The last updated dates on my I-130 & 1-131 are still showing 09-29-2009 does it mean they havent worked on thoes cases yet?

(4) Anyone with a similar experience, kindly share!

Nov. 5,2009- Recieved EAD in mail ( Date of approval 10-27-09)

Dec 11,2009- AOS interview---Approved!

Sept 11th,2011---------Removal of Conditions!
