How was your walk-in?? You got it today right...??

I never went. Looking at the USCIS website I realized the New Rochelle office is closed on Mondays and I still have a cold so I'd rather just rest and take care of everything else that has to be done before our honeymoon. So I'll just go on my new appointment date, Oct 24. It's a Sat so my hubby can also drive me and it will all work out better.

Hi - just found this thread.

We sent in all our paperwork 9/22; got all our receipt notices last Friday (10/2) and today recieved our biometrics appointment date: 10/29.

Everything has been fairly smooth so far on our journey ... Hope it continues.

Oh, by the way, our USCIS case status online still just shows that they sent me a RFE back in February. Nice job USCIS!

Maybe it's a little early to start worrying but you could always call USCIS customer service & see if they know anything?

If you don't get it by friday I would guess it will come while you are gone AND have a date before you return if you are gone for a month...look at the spreadsheet and compare the NOA1 dates and when others got their bio letter and the date they had on them.

Is someone gonna be getting mail for you that will be able to contact you?

that's what i'm thinking too... yes, hubby's arranged for someone to check our mails everytime we're gone. we're still hoping we'd get it before friday and try for a walk in before we leave.
