I sent the appointment paper back to them so I have nothing right now. I think all I can do is wait and see...

Got another touch today on my AOS....so that's now a touch on 24th, 25th, 27th, 28th, 30th and 1st October since I completed Biometrics.

Nice! I've only had the one since the transfer, and NOTHING on EAD or AP. I am hoping they have been doing stuff and just not updating.

I got touch today and yesterday after letter says transferred to CSC on 23rd. I think the touch i got yesterday was just saying that the case was now pending at CSC and not another transfer :blink: . So it took a week after date on letter for 1st touch for me...

Mailed n-400 : 4-3-14

USCIS Received : 4-4-14

NOA1 Sent : 4-8-14

Biometrics Appt Letter Sent : 4-14-14

Biometrics Appt : 5-5-14

They do require you to send the original back unfortunately. However, they also ask to make a copy for your own records before sending the original. Without the original, don't think you can do early walk in since they stamp the receipt on your original appointment letter.

The ones of you that have had touches - have you received an email about it or have you just been logging in on the website? I signed up for email alerts when something happens and haven't received a single one so maybe I should be logging in on the USCIS and checking? Or maybe our case just hasn't been touched yet?

No email alerts, email alerts are really for any major changes in your case such as transfers, RFEs, Approvals etc. To find out if you have had a "touch" you will need to log onto the USCIS website and check the date in the "Last Updated" field.

Yes they do require to send them the original but recommend you to make your own copy. I do have a photocopy but there's no way they'd let me do a walk-in based on that so have to wait patiently for my reschedule now... :(

I have no touches at all, except that my papers were transferred to CSC. Maybe I should expect touches after my biometrics.

I wonder guys if you did already try to search jobs online. I was updating my resume yesterday. And I try to look job that appropriate for me. I feel disappointed when I took a look of qualifications because I can't apply yet for a job, and the working place is just so close to us.

Anyway, I am just chilling out. I made sloppy joe for dinner. Hurray! My bread turn to be okay. :star:

Nope.. I haven't really been looking for what job is available. Don't want to get disappointed plus the jobs that I am interested in may not be available by the time I get the permission to work. I am thinking of picking up a new skill (going to school). Oh yeah, does anyone know anything about transfering your college degree (accreditation) to the USA?

I used to experiment with all kinds of dessert, especially the ones I watched on Food Network. Husband and I put on so much from all the baking and dessert eating, we kinda put a stop on that and focus on making super healthy food.. LOL...

Now that fall is here, I am starting to think about gardening. That will keep me occupied for a while... Hehe..

One time, I received a call for an interview, then I said that I am currently processing my green card. Then, I was told to call them back when I have it. But then, I am thinking that position isn't available anymore.

For now, aside from baking and cooking, I am also reading books, and trying to make reviewer. It's good thing that me and husband have almost same profession because he have most the books that I have in the Philippines. I just need to buy some few.
