I feel so cold today. And my foot hurts. I have metal screw in my ankle due to my accident last year.

So, husband made some soup for me. Then, I will have some hot chocolate. I am not use to very cold season.

Winter in Illinios is no fun :( I'm sorry you feel so cold! My knees and wrists always hurt during cold weather too...today also, so I know how you feel!

Yep! Sooooooo damn cold today here. Temperature isn't stable, abrupt dropping, then will goes up again. I wonder what do you do when your knees and wrists hurt.

I have very fuzzy sweater made by my mom-in-law, which I'm gonna use now. I am waiting till winter to wear it, but sheesh so cold today, I am gonna use it now.

@adiiann

I hope you will feel better soon. God bless!!

I am going to see our friend's ortho dr when we get back from our trip. Thank you.

Getting cold here in CT too. 47 degrees this morning. I have a cold and was coughing all night so will be spending the day in bed with our puppy watching movies :)

I sent back my biometrics appointment asking to reschedule a week ago and still no answer. Mad at myself now, I should just have done the walk-in!

44 degrees now here, and I guess keeps dropping.

Hmmmmmmm.... can you cancel your request, and instead walk-in now?

Got a letter this week that they transferred case to CSC on 9-23 with no touch showing on website. Today checked and got touched today the 30th and says case was transferred to a uscis office....wonder if that means they sent it to local office and we might have to attend interview :(

Guess it's the waiting game now.

I got a touch today as well and my status has been saying the same thing since I got transferred to the CSC. I suspect the "USCIS Office" in question is the California Service Center and not the local office.

Same here.

I sent the appointment paper back to them so I have nothing right now. I think all I can do is wait and see...

I will definitely try. Hehehehe.... I'll wait for husband to check it at the Jewel. Though, stores here are walking distance from where we live... I feel so cold to go out and walk...

You can get it also at stores like Walgreens, or Target. Its so cold here today too! But I imagine its colder for you...usually Illinios is a tiny bit colder than Indiana.

Just got the letter in the mail about being transferred to CSC. So hopefully I will get some more touches soon! Anyone know how long it took to get the update about case resumed or whatever?

Got another touch today on my AOS....so that's now a touch on 24th, 25th, 27th, 28th, 30th and 1st October since I completed Biometrics.

Nice! I've only had the one since the transfer, and NOTHING on EAD or AP. I am hoping they have been doing stuff and just not updating.

The ones of you that have had touches - have you received an email about it or have you just been logging in on the website? I signed up for email alerts when something happens and haven't received a single one so maybe I should be logging in on the USCIS and checking? Or maybe our case just hasn't been touched yet?

No email alerts, email alerts are really for any major changes in your case such as transfers, RFEs, Approvals etc. To find out if you have had a "touch" you will need to log onto the USCIS website and check the date in the "Last Updated" field.
